Kaya po after my self quarantine at nakarecover na ako gagawa po ako patitikman ko sa aking mga employers. Thank you po again all the way from jakarta indonesia

Sa mga nagsasabi po na cups dapat ang measurement. Sa mga professional bakers po Kasi they rely on weighing by grams,yun Kasi ang accurate. Bihira po kasi ang accurate na measuring cups lalo na yun hindi mamahalin,but if you can find an accurate set of measuring cups good for you. But we must always remember na isa sa pinaka importanteng gamit for baking is weighing scale. Based on my experience kasi I have measuring cups pero pag nag weigh ako sa grams iba ang result. Pero nasa inyo pa din yun. Baking is Science kailangan Kasi accurate lahat. Pag gusto po nyo ng better results weighing by grams is the best.

Gah you talk too much for someone who doesn't have any videos to help people how to make pandesal. I assume the poster used her mode of measurement for the lay woman like me. Did you even appreciate her stretch and fold technique?or how she is describing how we can instinctually understand the behavior of the dough? The gluten strands and structure she did with the baston technique? I think you could convert her recipe on your own, we have google conversion after all. I've met alot of folks who make bread, and yes measurements are very important, but it's the relationship of the artisan to the dough since every batch has it's own unique personality. I learned alot from her technique, she has a very pleasant way of teaching. Anyways, I noticed that the bastion technique resembles mulawin pandesal style--- w/c I have been trying to find. The layers and the fullness of the bite; feels very original. I love this guide, thank you po! Also maam, you got some muscle memory I will need to build over the years, man the baston technique is tricky!!! (I had fun tho!) Thank you po!

Just a suggestion to create a friendlier channel, create a printable recipe. Also you should have grams conversion to cups or tablespoons . You have to improve your lighting as well. You are a good baker.
