Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups - Bread Flour
½ cup - Ube Halaya
½ cup - Powdered milk
1 tbsp - Yeast
2 tsp - Salt
½ cup - Granulated sugar
½ cup - All-purpose flour
2 ¼ cup - Water
1 pc - Egg
4 tbsp - Shortening
3 tbsp - Ube flavoring
1 cup - Bread crumbs
Fillings:
Ube jam/Ube halaya
Cheese

I made these today! Was a really wet batter and added almost another cup of flour. Baka iba lang din siguro talaga ang flour nila dito. But it still turned out yummy and finished 3 in just 1 sitting. 😅 Thank you for the recipe Chef!

Ano pong ube halaya ung gagamitin? Ung frozen at nasa tub lang kc ang meron sa store. Frozen one has to be cooked to become ube talaga tapos ung nasa tub naman ung panglagay sa halo halo. Ano po sa dalawa pwede gamitin? Ty
Chef paano po malalaman kung okay pa ung dry yeast? Sorry wala po kc akong idea sa yeast, pero gusto ko po itry gawin ung recipe mo..

Chef bakit po masayadong wet? I have to add more flour. It was difficult to knead. I even have to use my machine. But it turnedout so good.

Chef Ask ko ndn po. Ano po maganda cheese. Kasi po Gumamit ako ng quick melt cheese. Npansin ko nag melt sya tpos nwwala na sa loob 😅
You can use Eden cheese but not the quick melt cheese.

@@ChefTatung malabnaw po yng dough, I think ndi po naabsorb masyado ng flour yng liquid yeast nung minix chef. Is the 'best before' label on the flour a big factor too?
Sad sobrang wet ng mixture ang dami ko na naidagdag na flour
2 and half water for 41/2 cups of floor is too much isn't it?
When I make pandesal 1 cup of water is enough or 1 cup of fresh milk in 4 cups of flour.
Maging basang basa yung dough pag 2 cups na sya.
