I learned of Zack Pinsent from watching a Bernadette Banner RUclips video where she's tailoring a suit while visiting Cathy Hays. They are fans of his creations. I wish he had a greater RUclips presence. ❤️
They have literally no chemistry at all. As much as I love Karolina, but like me she is awkward as hell and probably out of nervousness is talking over him while he has this very refined and almost poetic delivery of anything he says. They would never pass as a romantic couple on the big screen.
I have been collecting vintage jewelry and other accoutrements for some time, and it was not until about 4 months ago when I saw Zach in the BBC clip that I realized that period dressing is what I love! Since that time, I found Karolina and many more and have realized that one CAN dress in period clothing daily. Zach literally changed my life! Thank you!!!
In Germany sitting cross legged is called "Schneidersitz" which also means sitting like a tailor. :) It's nice that this happened in so many languages. :)

WOW, ...just... WOW! I’m always watching Bernadette & you, my meme mother, as you both look at garments which may be dated incorrectly, look at modern clothing which takes influence from different decades, work on your own clothing, researching, what is done on a machine vs by hand, etc. I have never stopped to consider that the men who attend reproduction historical events ALSO need to have certain clothing pieces in their wardrobe! It’s amazing that he is a one man business & doesn’t send out some of the hand stitching! However; I suppose if it were my name attached to the construction of a garment, I would want to ensure it was done my exact expectations. If a client is unhappy, & my label is sewn into the piece...I couldn’t really place blame on someone that my client had no idea would be doing some of the work. I can’t wait to go check out his IG & website! Thank you for introducing him to those of us who didn’t know!! Much Love Meme Mom 🤗💜😘

Oh my gosh, I'm so glad you did this video together! I've seen Zach before on Instagram a few times but I didn't know anything about what he does. And the two of you honestly just live my dream of dressing in historical clothing every day, so well. Also, that thing about showing up to fittings and expecting things to be finished 😂 I was once making a costume for a theatre piece, and I kept trying to get their opinions on designs, take measurements, do fittings (etc) but it was impossible, and then they complained because the dress was not done on time 😂 and on top of that, they asked me why I wasn't making (instead of buying) the slip for underneath as well, and I had to explain that making a second piece of clothing actually takes longer than just making one. I have so much respect for anyone who makes costumes or historical clothing or as a job (especially without a team) because that experience was one of the most stressful things I have ever done.
How fabulous to see the dashing dapper Zack on your channel. I have been following him on fb for some time now so it was lovely to see your interview/banter with him.

I just got into sewing, I'm only making tote bags at the time being but my favourite historical eras are Regency and 1950s so it's my ambition to get good enough to make garmets of those eras.
Zack is a lovely gentlemen! Very handsome!
I'm glad you didn't give up on collabs because these videos are really fun and informative!
This was awesome. I'm delighted to see someone keeping older tailoring techniques alive. I only wish I could afford bespoke clothing as I would love to have clothes that properly fit me! Hopefully you'll have Zack on your channel again to speak more about the process/techniques he uses.
He is my closet inspirator from now. 😂 I always wanted to wear such clothes.
Yeesss I'm so glad you're working with Zack. He's amazing and talented beyond belief.
I've been following him for a while now and I always love to see what he's wearing walking around at TORM.
"I'm sewing a seam but I'm so zen"
He's the manliest man I've ever witnessed in my entire lifetime. What a time to be alive to witness such a person!
Now that is a gentleman. Creating beautiful clothes, loves his job and is dashingly handsome.
Y'all have seriously excellent chemistry, this was a delight to watch
MemeMum: ‘You’re the first man that appears on this channel. So the viewers are gonna freak out’.
Me: *crying over how cute he is* proceeded freaking out from the thumbnail.
Zack is amazing. I have seen his work up close. Such a lovely man inside and out.
Marvel: Endgame is going to be the most epic crossover of the decade
Meme mom: HOLD MY CUPPA
Once again we've been blessed by the vintage gods. I've been following Zack's instagram for a while, and *this* is the quality content I needed.
I understand this reference
the two are just amazingly adorable and funnily entertaining together! such a sweet and witty segment. thank you for it.
Omg. His accent. Mmmmmmm 🤗
right? I feel like a peasant
Karolina Żebrowska as you should, cower before him and his heavenly voice
I love his accent, it's so refined. Even though it's pretty challenging to understand his part in on-go. For the french girl that I am. XC
Here I am stuck with Australian.
I'm more northern than Zach but can rock this accent from time to time ;)
You two are amazing! Zack's comment about how well bespoke tailoring fitting encourages me to work more on my sewing skills so I can get to the point that I make my own patterns and not just follow someone else's.
I love the tailoring of men’s fashions from the 1920s and the tailoring and innovation of 1950s/1960s women’s fashion
He's like the time travel tailor from that one tumblr post! Like he would create clothing for people who will time travel so they blend in.
I need a show like that, badly
How fabulous to see the dashing dapper Zack on your channel. I have been following him on fb for some time now so it was lovely to see your interview/banter with him.
I love this videos!
Fun fact: sitting crossed legged is called Schneidersitz in German, so literally tailors seat
I'm so happy that Wilhelm got his time to shine along side yourself and Zack in this video. Though he hardly said much, or anything at all some might say... There is indeed great wisdom behind those button eyes!
I'm leaving a comment like this on every video of yours but I'm begging you to make a collab with Jessica Kellgren-Fozard!!
He's genuinely so charming, the two of you were brilliant in this video 💕
