I like his relics and it somewhat helps him, especially being a temporary secondary commander or whatnot. It's just unfortunate for me that mine isn't even 5511 even after 3 years in ROK. Golden Chests hate me.
Omni. Bro. We need a way for players to come to 1 spot to vote on what we as players want and need for rok. We were literally just in my alliance discussing Ceasars relative status in rok vs what he actually was in real life. And that lead me to the idea. That instead of various players sending feedback in various ways. Wouldn't it be better to have 1 spot where we'll written ideas are on display with the options to vote for what we'd like to see. Like commanders actually matching who they were. Instead of commanders like Ceasar being a straight bum. It'd be great if you could use your platform to help get something like this in play. Maybe lillith can better understand their community if the community is in 1 place voicing their thoughts in a community fashion!
Unfortunately the devs won't ever go and balance out the old commanders already in the game, if they did that then what would be the point of you investing in the new commanders? Sadly, they want players investing in the new commanders as it brings them revenue.
I use Julius Caesar in Ark for filling rallies or structures and filling forts rallies behind CC. For march speed and expansion. Never thought about using on field in SoC. Thanks for this.
I had mentioned in a previous video comment when you asked what our biggest mistakes were. Mine was maxing caeser first 6 months playing. Look who's laughing now, my friends. Lol. He actually pulls weight on my 5th March. I did not have a 5th yet, and his double relic really makes him a tempting commander for 5th My pairing has been mixed, though I normally have my Xiang Yu with him, but I have used Scipio. Xiang is definitely worth it. Khan, I have heard about it, but personal havent done as we play a lot of new orleans, and khan is used for auxiliary up until a certain phase Another pair trial, not claiming it's good or not, but worth showing would be Ragnar double relic. I've mixed him in as 5th march a couple of times, unsure if I got positive trades due to who i was attackings set up, but he held his own well as a 5th.
Attilla and Caesar works great also. Since neither does any skill damage it is a very good fit. The 50% all damage from Caesar stacks with all the Attilla normal damage buffs. plus the march speed and extra troops are groovy also. Try it u will like it if u have a max attilla and a double reliic Caesar
Very true, I *do* really love winning. But I also love testing different commanders pairs out (as you also mentioned towards the end of the video), and I think this one would be a really fun one to try and make work👀 perhaps not for kvk/soc as I have much better pairs for those fights, but for mge purposes of other fun events like that.. why not? After all (once again, like you also made sure to highlight) games are supposed to be fun… and experimenting IS very fun indeed😉☺️ great video as always, omni!
I have been playing for about 7 months now and I maxed Caesar first when I thought attacking cities was most important. But now I actually have a use for him 🥳 with the relic and the fact his skill last for 5 seconds is just great 😃👍🏼 . I feel like ppl over look normal damage though.🤔
I did same thing about the cities but just aheads up whatever u do DO NOT spend gold heads on any commanders except soc commanders such as legendary scipio, huo , Joan prime , nevsky, lue chi etc trust me don't do it I made that mistake with saladin. If you don't know what an SOC Commander is and the difference between the gold key commanders you know how CC does 1400 damage well the average even for AOE commanders have 2000 and that's what the AOE the ones that hit a single Target are anywhere from 2300 to 2700 so u see the difference then on top of that the talent tree is so much better and the skills are better
JC need rage engine or be primary to use full potential. Huo is not the best example as he need that skill activation(camp before fight) and even then boost is only for 15s... That's like 1-2 skill cycles. Only option is still XY or being primary and then he can beat almost everything. Otherwise just a decent stat sticker.
I run Nevsky with my Maxed Double Relic Freddy for fun sometimes. It’s actually a strong march in Ceroli. My Takeda isn’t maxed, so I have put JC behind Attila with surprising results. Not META, but surprising😂
I am playing with Caesar and I am at level 58, but the problem is with skills. Golden heads are so rare and I rarely get Julius Caesar when opening chests... Any advice?
That's okay, Caesar doesn't age very well into the end game. I'd suggest watching one of my beginner guides but for now focus on Sun Tzu and Aethelflaed! :)

What about Artemisia + JC? Or Genghis Khan + JC? Is it possible to make these guys work somehow? She gives a +50% all damage in her 4th skill, isn't? This is equal to +100% all damage! I wonder what people can make out of that, specially with the right equipment But I also loooooove different starts and fun mixtures it's good to have a voice in the community that speaks up about different perspectives 😊

Im currently running julius as primary commander and pyrrhus secondary in kvk2 and he definitely doesn't disappoint.

I run JC secondary to a lot of my commanders for different situations. Sometimes I just want the extra troop capacity and that comes in handy in AOO.

What Lilith wants is for Players to have ALL comms = spend more. They will buff/nerf add new comms as they please.

i want to see more about the huo + cao cao combo, that seems to pop some very good duel trades.
scip/liu is very good for openfield, but if you're testing 1on1, nothing beats huo/nev, it decimates anything

Actually, JC is meta in SOC for everyone. Expertised, double relic'd JC is meta for fills
his power is much much great with xy... xu have low rage req... so exp of julius is almost active all the time.
The difference is that XY is not meta, is missing stats and deals significantly less damage
