FYI FOR EVERYONE ON MAC. It doesn't work properly, there's no software for mac and you can't update firmware, can't change colors or disable them because there's no software! :(
I love the mic but i just got mine and contacted support but no help and even looked up multiple videos on why it wont connect to my pc and wont connect. So honestly I am returning mine and probably getting a new one because this is bullsh*t
