I have effectively adopted a uniform. It's a colourful one. It's African. It's me. I have developed my own style that I wear everyday and I don't vary from it. Most of all: As a leader do not hurriedly discount any criticism as sexist to protect your self esteem. Or as racist. Or as [fill in any other convenient apology for your own potential failures]. Look at your own shortcomings first, before you make allegations. Stop victimizing yourself. Stay objective.
Also women be less agreeable, challenge more and be more confrontational. If you pick up sexism call it out straight away, be specific with feedback and make sure you have witnesses.

Ppl say a female led world would be more harmonious but then you look at female dominated industries/institutions like schools and they are just as political and full of conflict, gossip and backstabbing, we’d prob have more bombs going off than ever.
