Thank you for your courage to share this message Tabby. I hope that we are able to raise a new generation of women and girls that understand and embrace their authentic power from the get-go and can't even imagine that their voice may not be welcome.
Tabby, Thank you for your courage and clear call for women's voices, visibility and leadership. A powerful message amplified by your personal journey and the recognition that our world needs the whole - feminine and masculine - represented to come into balance, to heal, and to solve the complex issues of our time. I personally appreciate when the strong call for women's voices honors the masculine as well. In this way, we graduate from the tension between the sexes into the joining of hands to pave the way to a world inhabited by creative intelligent solutions and recognition of the wisdom that each voice brings to the table. I salute you, Tabby!
+Greta Hassel This is so well said! I love what you wrote about graduating from the tension between the sexes into the joining of hands to pave the way to a world inhabited by creative intelligent solutions and recognition of the wisdom that each voice brings to the table. Here's to that! Namaste Greta.
The power of a woman's voice can change the world! You are paving the way for your sisters to rise up and share their voices with the world. Thank you so much! Your leadership speaks volumes. Your courage, wisdom and conviction sets the tone for others to follow in your footsteps. Much love!
Giselle, thank you for taking the time to watch my talk and for your inspirational and encouraging words of reflection. You, too, as you speak and write, are setting the tone for others to follow in your footsteps. I'm cheering you on! Thank you for the sisterhood. ❤
Tabby, I am SO thrilled to hear you speak and deliver your message in such a courageous and honoring way. It is a message for all of us, and one that leaves me all the more inspired, encouraged, and motivated to keep activating my own voice and letting myself be seen. I am so thankful for your leadership and example in this area, and the way you so graciously offer truth that the world desperately needs to hear. Opening in song was powerful, and the words you spoke to both men and women will plant important seeds for further awakening. Thank you for walking bravely in this world!
+Karen Kinney Thank you for your message. I am over the moon hearing that my talk leaves you more inspired, encouraged and motivated to keep activating your voice and letting yourself be seen. We need you! Your creative intelligence and new embark on the feminine creative path is something we need to hear and learn more about. Thank you for your trust and courage.
What a beautiful, heartfelt and moving talk! Tabby, you have truly surpassed yourself. Now, I know why I have always felt such an affinity for your work, and that we trod the same road. Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much) for your exemplary leadership, courage, and inspiration. Can anyone still believe that our civilization can recuperate from its unsustainable trajectory without the full participation of women (more than half of us)? That means every single one of our voices counts. You are exemplifying how; brava!
+Nadine Newlight I love your inquiry here: Can anyone still believe that our civilization can recuperate from its unsustainable trajectory without the full participation of women (more than half of us)? Thank you for your voice and your courage, as I know all of the work you do to bring forth the voice, wisdom and leadership of women.
Oh My Goddess, Tabby! I am blown away by the strength and authenticity of your voice. By sharing the truth of how you silenced your own voice, you are opening pathways for so many other women to express theirs. You are a walking, talking, chanting embodiment of the goddess here on earth, Powerful and vulnerable. Strong and compassionate. In this dualistic world,we are taught that we cannot be both. In this speech and in your life, you are standing in the fullness of your truth, in the beauty and power of ALL THAT YOU ARE. I know how much courage that takes. And I have personally seen you grow into that courage. I am so deeply proud of you, Tabby. You go, goddess.
+Wendi Knox I receive all your words in with such love and appreciation. I know you know the challenges of walking this path. You are doing it too. Thank you for your heartfelt sisterhood and Mother Goddess ways with me, and all sisters.
WOW!! Jai Ma! Jai Tabby Biddle!! What a powerful and courageous voice, message and presence you have in our world!! Your message about women's voices and leadership missing in our world and politics, and how you connect so many dots are so poignant! Thank your for naming the universal fear and silence that so many women live with, justify and ignore around expressing and sharing the truth of their truths and power. And thank you for listening, re-educating and devoting yourself to help awaken and support the Sacred Feminine in women's spirituality and politics, and clarifying how the two are not separate when you get real clear with your worth and unique purpose to be a part of co-creating justice and peace in our world. Bless your work Tabby! And Bless all the women who are rising up!! I am so proud of you and so grateful you are in my life!! You are the truly the Voice of the Mother, and for the Mother of All. Much, much love and gratitude to you!!
+Klaudeen Shemirani Thank you for sharing your reflection on this talk. I love how you digested all of it, and spoke to the point of how women's spirituality and politics are not separate when a woman is clear about her worth and unique purpose to be part of co-creating justice and peace in our world. Beautifully stated! I also appreciated the way you highlighted my naming of the universal fear and silence that so many women live with, justify and ignore around expressing and sharing their truths. I found your use of the word "justify" in this context to be a strong one and one for all of us to look at more deeply in our own lives. Thank you for sharing your beautiful feminine voice Klaudeen. Jai Ma!
Tabby, I am so thrilled to witness you giving voice to your devotion to the Mother and to the importance of women's voices and leadership right here, right now. Your courage inspires. Can't thank you enough for giving this talk, not only for women now, but for the girls who hear it and will hear it in the years ahead. Blessings, dear sister. Jai Ma, Jai Ma, Jai Ma!
Jai MA!!!! I got chills as soon as you started singing, so powerful. Thank you for your courage, leadership and powerful VOICE, Tabby. I'm so grateful that you continue to bring the Goddess to the masses and in places where it may feel risky, a true testament to your embodiment of your message. You are paving the path for so many other women to claim our spiritual sovereignty and feminine leadership that is so needed for our world to come back into balance, beauty and peace. Love to you and Jai MA!
It's refreshing and delightful to hear more feminine voices being expressed through TEDx. You are definitely on the right path - keep it up! Having presented at TEDx on the power of the ancient feminine voice coming back to light for our modern use, I find it particularly heartening to listen to your presentation. KUDOS!!!
+VoicesofEden- AncientIsrael What a fabulous topic you spoke about on the TEDx stage. We need more of this. Thank you for your courage and conviction to stand for and call out the feminine voice in all its wisdom.
Tabby Biddle what is SO old...yet SO new today...us the mutual support which a feminine approach to life affords. None of us grew up within that paradigm...so it is particularly pioneering and courageous to break through the lone ranger syndrome...and to trust in good prevailing through others. We are the ones who need to show up first. Would you agree? Diagree?. What do you say?
Tabby!!I am so excited to witness your courage and confidence in this TEDx talk. Bravo lady! Bravo!! Yes. Yes. Yes! We need this. Women and men need your voice, this message, these words of encouragement.Women are still the last ones to raise hands in classrooms and boardrooms, and I believe what we are missing is what you just embodied in your talk so beautifully. It's the courage to speak what's true for us, to share our opinions, to tell our stories. When one woman gives herself permission to speak, it allows another to do the same. Thank you for being brave and speaking up. I love that you included your chanting (I remember the chills I felt when I first heard you sing) and I love that you spoke of the goddess. I know your voice this will touch Souls and create a ripple of permission that is so needed right now for girls and women. Honoring you, amazing woman!!
Thank you Christina for all of your beautiful reflections. I know you stand for all that I shared in my talk. You are a powerful voice and woman in this world. I am grateful to your for your courage and leadership. Thank you dear Sister.
Tabby- Thank you SO much for your courage and vulnerability. This is a message that needs to be heard, and few are willing to take it to the mainstream in this way. Yes it's easy to talk this talk in the yoga community, but another story to take it up on THAT stage. You embody your message so beautifully in taking this stand. Women around the world are thanking you for your courage!!! And thank you for the beautiful chanting. It gave me chills. Keep on going for it!!!
A powerfully unpretentious call to arms for humankind to unite for peace, understanding and lovingkindness -- all that truly matters in our world. Thank you, Tabby, for your strength and wisdom.
Awesome Ted X talkTabby! Open the temple gates and let more women's voices be heard. As a modern woman you are standing in your power with a reminder for us to do the same. I liked the connection from the yoga studio tor reporting and how bravely you recognized the places that needs voice. I will take more action in doing the same. As a student of women's studies I loved this theme and can see where I haven't stepped up as much as I like to in this world. May it change !
+jane morba I absolutely love what you said about opening the temple gates to let more women's voices be heard. This resonated with my deeply. I am thrilled to hear that my talk helped you see where you haven't stepped up and is inspiring you to take more action on bringing your voice to the places that need it. Here's to that! I support you. Please keep in touch.
Tabby, I listened to your Tedx talk this evening - wow! I was blown away. I adored how you began the talk with Jai Ma. You quite literally set the stage with the Divine Feminine before you'd even spoken. Bam! So many amazing truths. How have I not come across your work fully before?! I guess the time was meant to be now. I'm looking forward to following more of your journey. Thank you for sharing your femininity and authenticity.
Tabby! Congratulations - what an inspiration to see you fully present and an embodiment of your message on stage. Well done!!! Thank you for sharing your call to leadership with all of us, for being the leadership you urge in us, and for believing in your authentic voice enough to share it with such conviction, sincerity and wholeheartedness. I hope this talk opens all sorts of doors for you and you walk through each one, fully realized - courageous - and committed to being the change that is so necessary and essential for our world. I am inspired by you - and so very grateful for your soulful work and humanity. Much love and big applause!!! XOX
Tabby- this was an outstanding presentation. Clear, strong, and presented in your feminine voice yet uncompromising on your message. Even as a man (and your brother), I find this inspiring. Nice work Tabs! Love, Critter
Thank you Tabby for sharing your authentic voice. Beautiful presentation. Potent and powerful. You nailed it! "Women, our voices matter. It's time to speak up."
So grateful for your positive, powerful, insightful address to men and women about the positivity that comes to all of us when women use their voices. I love how you said that it is not only necessary but urgent and I could not agree more. It's damaging to individual women (as evidenced by your own story) and damaging to all of society to keep our voices hidden or to be underrepresented in leadership roles. I also like your invitation to men and gave examples about how they can specifically make more room for women when they are in conversation or in a meeting with women. So much of this is unconscious so it needs to be pointed out. Your words and tone were welcoming, not judgemental; respectful and open. Your strength and vulnerability were touching to see. The world is out of balance. Creating space for the divine feminine in all areas of our lives is restorative and is more balanced. Thank you for your wise voice and passion. THANK YOU, TABBY!!!!!
Dear Tabby: Congratulations. You did it! I so admire your courage, wisdom and giant heart. What a powerful and important message to share. I love the way you told your own stories and engaged with the audience - both women and men - in order to co-create a rising up. I, too, hold your vision for our future--where women are heard, seen and celebrated. Where we can dance in the Oneness. So proud of YOU!
So happy you got a chance to watch and listen Rosalyn. Thanks for taking the time share your reflections. Here's to your voice and expanding leadership Rosalyn!
Tabby, great job. You are so strong and brave! You were visibly passionate about your subject. Raw and vulnerable. Authentic and encouraging. I liked how you included ancient history and the immediate audience.
This was amazing! Your chanting was such a powerful way to start, and I love that you claimed your voice and your right to the stage by not explaining yourself until after your chanting was complete. Such a great overall message and a great arc to your talk, but also so many great tidbits along the way. You really helped me to see the importance when you talked about what happens when we (women) are silenced or others or ourselves, in other words why it is important to speak up. Know that you make an impact Tabby - I know I am speaking up more since hearing your message.
+Michele Christensen It is such a pleasure to hear from you. I am thrilled to hear that you are speaking up more since hearing my message. And thank goodness! Because you have so much goodness, wisdom and smarts to share. Thank you for sharing your reflection of the video. Your words mean a lot to me.
Powerful Goddess Tabby! I am THRILLED to hear you speak this Brave, Pioneering and Motivational message on this TedX platform. It takes so much Courage to speak this out, especially when men are in the room, yet at the same time, it benefits the men equally as it does the Women if they can understand deeply enough that is does. You are so right that there is an Urgent need for Women to speak their Truth and to stand in our 100% Certainty and Authority. I Loved how you encouraged not only the Women yet the men to take specific actions that create the space for Women's Voices to be heard. This Truth is the most practical and important way for Balance to emerge between the masculine and Feminine, so we finally experience Wholeness. Tabby, your message is Beautiful...Heart-centered...practical...transformative. Thank you for showing us how to be Brave!
Diahann, this makes me so happy to hear that my TEDx talk makes you want to use your voice and activate change and women's leadership in the world! Go to it! Blessings.❤
Thank you for your courage to share this message Tabby. I hope that we are able to raise a new generation of women and girls that understand and embrace their authentic power from the get-go and can't even imagine that their voice may not be welcome.
