If you are talking about purely civilian conflict, yes.
The military entering the fray complicates matters.

Doug is dear brother who is always thought-provoking but not always right. How can he say that there was no debate over whether or not slaves were human? Is intellectual assent enough to overturn the necessary conclusions re: the ownership of another and total control over a human’s destiny?

The slave was considered property in the South, a economic threat to the North. It might be painted a little different, but that is the conflict today. Whites, as a whole, simply have more economic opportunities the black and brown people. You can simply trace this back in History starting with vagrancy laws after the civil war. For me Doug's argument falls apart after his statement "there is no debate whether slaves were human".

There was some dissent on the humanity of blacks. But there will always be some dissent on anything. A pertinent question would be: how pronounced was that dissent in the dominant culture in the south?

My concern is conflicts with religions as well. At some point, Christians and Muslims could collide! Especially here in America! There’s many Muslims in the Midwest of America (I.e. Minnesota and Michigan, and my guess would be- these religions could collide here and war will brew. I have no doubt, there’s a potential war between these two religions at some point in the future in American soil. Maybe the realization of a future war among diversity is why the government is so dead set on gun control and eventual confiscation. Think about it! It makes plenty of sense! Buckle up! The 21st century Isn’t going to bode well as the utopian dreamers want you to believe!

Islam is a religion based upon peace. No Muslim would fight over moral issues because they believe everyone has their rightful opinion. So just stop worrying because what you're saying will never happen.

Strong men make for good times. Good times make for weak men. Weak men make for bad times. Bad times make for strong men. We literally are arguing about how many genders there are. LITERALLY! Wtf! Civil war is coming. And good god its overdue. There is NO way, that after Trump (conceivably the last Republican president the us can elect due to the leftist hell bent for destruction aim of a borderless country, "dreamers", chain migration etc) there's no way that the 65 million mostly white, mostly armed, mostly grass roots right side of politics, is going to hand over yybe county to a bunch of psuedo commie, tranny, 12 gender social justice warrior losers. The left loses as soon as the right realizes this is it. We will have no more political representation. Never again. Until we reset and take it back...I welcome and encourage it.
