The cleanup of the drill was fairly routine but the work on the battery was awesome. Very impressive and nicely done sir. Thanks for sharing this video and remember Texas is watching.

Magnificent restoration!
I have just converted the same battery using the same BMS but the BMS will not allow the drill to drill a hole. I tried another BMS and had same result. So two 2s BMS and both would not allow enough power to let the drill work as a drill. Very odd.
Great stuff as usual! Happy New Year 2022. I have a vintage PSB 12VSP 2 Bosch which still works great. The battery is faulty. Could you please help me identify the resistance at the tip of the battery case. I have decided to keep the NiCad supply but if parts are not available, then I may switch on to Lithium Ion conversion. Awaiting your reply. Shmuel.

You could've done a better job on the casing and the sticker. No point in doing a restoration if you ain't gonna do it right
