JustAnswer Customer: my toto washlet suddenly stopped squirting water.
JustAnswer Customer: Everything seems to be properly connected and was working.
JustAnswer Customer: I believe there was a power outage in my absence.
    JustAnswer Customer: probably brief.
JustAnswer Customer: The seat heater works.
    JustAnswer Customer: Any suggestions?
    JustAnswer Customer: David
Mike R.: Plumber: Hi my name is * * I have been in the plumbing field for 20 years.
Mike R.: Plumber: I will be glad to help you today.
Mike R.: Plumber: Does the wand extend and retract?
Mike R.: Plumber: Have you cleaned the water filter?
JustAnswer Customer: Mike, The wand extends and retracts (not when I call for water for the bidet).
JustAnswer Customer: I cleaned the filter.
JustAnswer Customer: Still no water when called for.
    JustAnswer Customer: What next?
    JustAnswer Customer: David
Mike R.: Plumber: Do you have a seat cover on it?
Mike R.: Plumber: Is there anything blocking the sensor?
Mike R.: Plumber: If you unplug for ten minutes then restore power then anything then?
Mike R.: Plumber: If you turn the water off and disconnect the supply and direct to a bucket and turn on do you have water getting to the unit or any blockage in the line?
Mike R.: Plumber: Sorry for the delay.
Mike R.: Plumber: I will be more steadily online soon after a couple of errands.
JustAnswer Customer: No blockage in water line.
JustAnswer Customer: Was turned off for more than ten minutes while I took apart the water lines to clean the filter.
JustAnswer Customer: Will check blockage to sensor if you tell me where it is.
    JustAnswer Customer: David
Mike R.: Plumber: The sensor is in the seat on that one actually.so if you have a seat cover on it the seat cover may be activating the sensor.
Mike R.: Plumber: If you push down firmly on the right side of the seat, that should activate the sensor.
Mike R.: Plumber: When the sensor is activated for an extended period of time it will not let the water turn on and the sensor needs to be not activated for a few seconds to reset.
Mike R.: Plumber: If you have a cover on the seat then remove it and if not then try lifting the seat and put it down again then push on the seat and try the water then.
JustAnswer Customer: Hi, By cover I assume you mean something other than the lid?
    JustAnswer Customer: No cover.
JustAnswer Customer: I tried leaning on the seat's right side (right when sitting) no water Tried lifting the seat and repeated pressing on right side of seat.
    JustAnswer Customer: No water.
JustAnswer Customer: I am trying to avoid sending it back to them for repair.
    JustAnswer Customer: Any more suggestions?
    JustAnswer Customer: Thanks, David
Mike R.: Plumber: When you were cleaning the filter did you have it unplugged or turned off?
Mike R.: Plumber: Have you unplugged it for ten minutes then plugged it back in?
JustAnswer Customer: When cleaning the filter I took apart the entire water hoes(s) system.
JustAnswer Customer: The unit was unplugged for half an hour.
JustAnswer Customer: Will try unplugging again for ten minutes then write you again.
    JustAnswer Customer: David
Mike R.: Plumber: And with the water hose disconnected, you turned the water on to confirm water was coming through the line?
Mike R.: Plumber: Does no water come out of the wand or very little?
Mike R.: Plumber: What LED lights are lit?
    Mike R.: Plumber: Any blinking?
Mike R.: Plumber: Does any water come out when selecting cleaning mode?
JustAnswer Customer: Water is coming through line as toilet fills.
JustAnswer Customer: When un-plugging and re-plugging, the nozzle extends; no water come out All LED lights are on.
JustAnswer Customer: All constant except "energy saver on off button" which is blinking When I press button for "Extend nozzle for cleaning" nothing happens; no nozzle movement The seat is warm What next boss?
    JustAnswer Customer: David
Mike R.: Plumber: Is there a separate LED for "LOCK"?
Mike R.: Plumber: Does holding the enter button for 5 seconds cause the light to stop blinking?
Mike R.: Plumber: If that does not work then go to the menu and select Energy saver "off".
Mike R.: Plumber: Also in menu be sure that personal lock setting is off and also the water pressure setting is on the higher setting.
JustAnswer Customer: Mike, I apologize; have to leave now.
JustAnswer Customer: Where/how do I find the menu?
JustAnswer Customer: Just held down energy button and it went of; now is on solid light.
    JustAnswer Customer: Still no squirt.
JustAnswer Customer: Will turn energy saver off.
JustAnswer Customer: Please send you next answer.
JustAnswer Customer: I will read and answer this evening.
JustAnswer Customer: I understand that I may not get an answer again till tomorrow.
JustAnswer Customer: Thanks, David How do I find the menu?
Mike R.: Plumber: There is a menu on the remote.
Mike R.: Plumber: Do you have the manual?
