    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Ok let me ask was the receptacle the toilet plugged into was it a gfi receptacle?
    JustAnswer Customer: Hi yes, it was and the receptacle is hot Sorry this took so long but replying on my mobile app wouldn't connect.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Hello, I found out they have a reset process and I am posting it below.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Please try this out and let me know how it goes.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Been busy researching this and hope this does the trick.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Chloe Washlet reset procedure: The procedure requires pushing a sequence of buttons on the control arm.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Make sure the unit has power.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Note: the procedure requires that the Power on/off button be kept pressed from step 1 to step 6.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: If during the procedure you lift your finger from the power button, then restart at step 1.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Preferably with your right thumb press the Power on/off button and keep pressed until step 6 .
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Wait 10 seconds and notice that some lights may turn on or flash.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Press the Rear Wash button.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: After a couple o fseconds lights may or may not flash.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Release the rear wash button.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Press the Front Wash button.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: After a couple of seconds lights may or may not flash.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Release the front wash button.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: With your right index finger press the Extend Nozzle button.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: After a couple seconds light may or may not flash.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Keep the Extend Nozzle button pressed until step 6.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Press the Rear Wash button for 5 seconds.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Release all buttons.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Push the Power on/off button once to turn off the unit.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Unplug the power cord, wait 15 seconds and then plug in the power cord.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Push the Power on/off button again to turn on the unit.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: This will reset the washlet electronics.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Then try the washlet.
    Michael Dean: Construction Worker: Hello, Just wanted to see how everything ended up with this?

    I don’t have “Extent Nozzle” button. I have Power, Flush, Rear, Front.
    On remote it’s Stop, Rear, Front, Dryer
    I have washlet S350e sw584

    No, just try holding the power button on the remote for about four or five seconds. The power button on the remote turns the toilet on and off, not the remote itself. Hope you read this before watching this video, cheers.
