I bought the Toto c100 as my first bidet after countless amounts of research with other different brands and I ended up settling with this one. I have 2.5 bathrooms in my house and bought 1 for all of them including new toilets the were high efficiency because I needed to solve my water problem and have had them for the last 3 months. When I say these bidets have changed my life and my families lives, I really mean they changed them!!! I will never go back to toilet paper as it cleans absolutely EVERYTHING and when you think your done it releases the leftovers after a wash having you wash a second time for a thorough clean and it doesn’t waste water because it only uses 0.1gpm of water!!!!!! Nor does it hog electricity especially when you put it in energy saver mode!!! And it’s super easy to clean and most importantly, NO MORE SLAMMING TOILET SEATS!!! This is definitely an awesome quality product that is worth the money to buy!
@@michaelhinchey I got elongated seats with my new elongated toilets (now 8 months old). The toilet I bought was a niagara stealth ultra high efficiency toilet for all my bathrooms that use 0.8gpm water. I haven’t had any of the issues people have with the toilets since i paired them with the bidets and don’t flush toilet paper down the toilet anymore because I don’t use toilet paper. The dryer does work in my opinion and again the bidet cleans everything, I’ve checked with a camera to see that there was nothing leftover to see how good of a job instead of stain checking my boxers because there still could be hidden pieces from what I heard stuck (trying not to be gross but give a clear truthful statement) I love it! My wife loves it! My kids love it! A testimony for my kids they did use to have stains from using toilet paper because of learning how to clean properly back there. Now they don’t because the bidet cleans everything and I’ve taught them how easy it is to use. In the last 8 months my water bill and sewage bill has gone down DRAMATICALLY! since I’ve been using my new toilets paired with these bidets and I’m lovin’ it! Best investment!
I discovered this modern fixture when I traveled in Japan... this is far better than TP. Also some Japanese hotels have the old original cheap model with zero electronic... only hot/cold water mixer, it does the trick very well 🤘
Hello: I’ve had this device for a while and there is this tiny spray hole to the left of the nozzle. It is for cleaning or desinfecting the bowl before you go to the bathroom. Well, this little hole now is clogged with scale or something… I’ve tried to unclogg it By putting some vinegar with a serynge, left it for a while, and it has unclogged, but now this hasn’t worked… what can I do???
Karla Garza, call Toto at 888 295-8134. They will be glad to help you. If it can’t be repaired by you, they will make arrangements to have you send the Washlet to them for repairs. The turn around time is great.
Mike, Amazon has Toto Washlets from $800-1,000. Plus installation. What I like about Toto ...... You call them and they will try to help you over the phone. If they can’t fix it, they will send a shipping box, repair it and send back to you. If in warranty, no charge. There is a reasonable fee otherwise.
Do the toilet seats need to be on a GFI outlet (or perhaps a GFI circuit)? It seems an outlet would be a pain to reset where it needs to be positioned.
SuperBafco, do you have electric power to the toilet seat? If you do, it should be heating the water. If it’s not heating the water, you should call the manufacturer.
Yeah, electricians are installing them next to toilets for this very reason, so that's expensive $$$. Some bidets will hook up to the warm water connection on the sink.
We had our house built so you know the plumber installed crap (lol) toilets. Are there better grades available such as being easier to clean as from better materials? Ours is tough to clean. TY
Jeff, my wife has no complaints on Toto brand toilets. Usually better quality toilets have a better glaze which helps to keep them clean. Do not use any toilet tank “ hockey puck” cleaners! Don’t let toilet bowl liquid cleaners sit in the bowl for very long.
TheDarkGamer, I have never dealt with this brand. First thing I would do is to turn the supply water off, disconnect it, and run the water in a bucket to see if there is good pressure there. If there is good pressure, then the problem is in the seat. I would use a new braided stainless steel supply line. If you don’t have good pressure at the angle stop, I would change that too. Before you reconnect, see if there is a screen on the connection that might be blocked with debris that would slow the pressure. Check your spray nozzle and if rubber, clean with your hand to remove the lime. My newest Washlet toilet seat has a button for the rear spray and when you touch it twice, it produces more pressure. Plus you can control the pressure on the remote. Does your toilet seat have that feature? I hope this helps. If you are not happy with this model, hopefully you can return it and try another brand. I really like how I can control the pressure.....very important feature on any brand.
Are the Totos sold on Amazon made in Japan or are parts farmed out? Maybe it doesn't matter? Prices are so much cheaper on Amazon. Thank you for making this video! Confirmed my decision to buy a TOTO.
