      Mira los abdominales solo se hacen 3 veces al día xD y los demás puedes hacer piernas o glúteos y cosas así pero siempre se descansa dos días puedes descansar sábado y domingo

      For medium-intensity training, a break of 1 to 2 minutes is usually allowed. It would be good to have enough rest time to digest the next round.
      A gradual decline in exercise performance is unlikely to benefit the performer.

    Hi, Jaeho how many times on this intermediate body workout for beginner you recommend for a week?

      In my case, I recommend doing 3 sets of 10-minute workouts once every 3 days. On other days, we recommend exercises for the back muscles that are lacking and aerobic exercise such as running.
