A studio for $80-100k plus?! Please tell me you're joking. Accra's infrastructure is a joke with the open gutters, pot holes in the roads the size of craters, consistently poor internet connection (not a good idea with this smart home set up), light off and a host of other problems. I've travelled there 4 times since 2018 and it hasn't changed one iota. Seriously that needs to get sorted first before charging these ridiculous prices for flashy pre-fab structures. A railway system or tram network wouldn't go amiss either with the roads so congested with cars.
Labone is a top notch Area The Environment is beautiful You don't know what you are talking about l am sure you don't even know the area Try buying a plot of land there The price is very good and a good investment
A place like that in America would not be less than a $1000 per month. Calculate that for 5years and compare with buying this before you show your ignorance
I am proud of any and all black ppl helping to invest in Africa as a whole. We are larger and stronger when we don't divide and lead with a competitive heart unless we are competing UNITED. So proud of my brothers and sisters in Ghana and abroad! 🥰
The beautiful Chanel did a great interview. I love the houses and the Ghanaian real estate business man's perspective on African heritage in Ghana and the rain water harvesting.
I think a lot of you are not looking at the bigger picture. This building is nice, but did you see how it encroaches on all the surrounding properties? They no longer have any privacy as they are being overlooked by this huge building. There is also a safety issue. Heaven forbid a "Grenfell Tower" type issue. The landscape and heritage of this area has not been considered.

Grenfell had highly combustible cladding made of polyethylene. That is one of the reasons why the fire spread so rapidly. High rise buildings are in many places across the globe. I’m sure she’s seen the fire safety and contingency plan.
Great minds in the dispora are trying to come back home to help build and move this nation forward. Instead of the politicians helping to accelerate the progress, they are foolishly disgracing us with issues like galamsey, poor roads, and CORRUPTION!. The irony if this is owned by someone who is not of African descent. 🙄 OH GOOD SHE SAID HE IS FROM THE DIASPORA. This warms my heart. We of African descent need to support each other because plenty others are coming there to take the $$$ out of Africa. I'm coming home to be with my people and be proud.
