If my money was right hell yea . My only concern would be the area because I'm unclear where the property is located
Yes absolutely, how can I reach him?
DEFINITELY, please post the contact info and thank YOU!
The contact details are in the description. Website and WhatsApp is there!
Hi Tim, please, how can I get the number of this developer? Thanks for all the information
A true son of Ghana and Africa. The future belongs to those who dream big and boy, you are on the right route with your vision.
As A South African working in NZ construction industry at the moment this makes me happy as a African. Great project and all the best!!!
Hi, how's the housing market in NZ currently?
Great to see Africa is thriving as it deserves!
Africa is rising. .....if African countries help each other they won't need the rest of the world. .
A full community with a concierge service to assist me when I want to broaden my reach outside whether it’s local nightlife or errands?! This sounds amazing. Everyday I get closer to wanting to leave the states.
In terms of development in Africa, the sky is the limit, there is so much virgin land to be developed in Africa,so its all about the daring ideas we have to build the paradise we want.Kudos to the brother for daring to dream and pursue his dream without being sidetracked by detractors or the enemy.
😮Tim please we want more of this discussions from this great visionary son of Africa 🌍.
Neil is a genius and a game changer in the real estate. Had some interecations with him as a building services engineer and can can say he's too serious and passionate for his development. Gets involved in all the processes to crop up out of the box apartment. We need serious guys like this to push our economy.
So Happy to see that such projects and people are trying to make Africa a better place! Bless all of you and your projects! Hope I can visit someday.
U shld visit u will love it here especially the weather at the mountains
Africa has always been a better place in so many ways than u think
How much 😆🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🔥???! I love this ...also it helps to be humble, as a African American coming to Ghana twice and having friends over there , it helps to let people that know the area ,know the ropes of the country and cities surrounding it to help you discover land and housing communities ❤️🙌🏿🇬🇭
Tim Swain is what we need to do to help our community like other communities like Lebanese and Chinese Inians do. There must be more brothers like this one investing in their motherland. May he have the possibility to expand his business to other African countries. In this way we will make Africa great. May GOD bless you brother. Greetings from the island of Sao Tome and Principe
Africa let's goooo
Tim you gonna kill me with your impactful intelligent interviews,i am addicted to your videos even if i am at work i still watch it.
Am glad I came across this video, it's been an eye opener. As a self-taught building designer I could relate to what he said about his concepts seen as "not buildable".
These apartments are magnificent
Move over Bali! 😍😍😍One of the places that makes me flying all the way to Ghana worth it
I came across this video and I must say that I love every bit of it and I just subscribed. As an architect I just love how the Adinkra symbols have been converged into the facade of the building design giving you a sense of wanting to know what these symbols on mean. A combination of nature and futuristic community. I love the name mini Wakanda. Just can’t wait to see how these awesome buildings will look at night. 👌🏾
Ghana needs more visionaries like this project not the pond of nonsense apartment complex's in Accra.
True.
This brother is a God send... makes me proud! ❤
Quite frankly, this is great stuff and encouraging, how I love such kind of people who have vision, cause a lot of people think we blacks we can not do such kind of thing, congratulations to you, let's build our mother Africa to morden standards and we can make it I don't believe in failing, watching from Zambia.
Wish the best guys! Make Africa great!
This is so similar to what I've been planning to do in the future! It is so cool that other people had the same mind as me. I feel smart
Nii Nortey congratulations 🎉bro. Always been that guy dreaming big
We are coming!❤⭐💛⭐💚
Mr Neil is a good person ❤❤❤❤💥🇬🇭🌏 and I am comment from UAE 🇦🇪
I like this…we should come back and invest in the motherland🙌
Great things are happening that we all need to be a part of, God bless you guys !
That's the key 🔑 my brother... being part of... truth b told, not all of us would want to make the sacrifices, but we would all enjoy and benefit when it's done. So for those that are willing to make the sacrifice, please get in the game!!
Mean, this is really wisdom projects! May our great Africa God's and our great Ancestors continues bless this bother for long life Amen✍🏽🙏🏼⭐🌙🗝️
Great content , very energising and a breath of fresh air in real estate development. He does the buildings from the heart , like somewhere he will love to live ❤
Respect from Mumbai, it's not easy to develop the vision ❤ Kudos on sticking it to the man!
Bravo to the brother for dreaming, like Obama said Yes we can. Tim you put out great content. Its irritating how people just gravitate to nonsense content instead of real life content like your. Keep pushing, road to 20K.
Agreed. So tired of the divisive clickbait titles on other channels. We need real solid adult content like what Tim is providing. I really wish we had a separate platform for this type of positive content.
Brains are really working and is amazing to hear all the info from our own brother and a Ghanaian.
I’m so glad he’s providing all those good construction jobs for African men 🖤
This is amazing! Warms my heart…this is what I mean when I say leaving a legacy!! My children children will enjoy the fruits of what is being planted now!🙌🏾🙏🏾😊
interesting ... the concept of doing high-end housing projects is nice and can be great if it does the corresponding infrastructure building in the contiguous areas. No sense having a high-end house and sit in the dark when the power is cut off during the day. Or, can't get to your great neighborhood because the rain has washed out the main road. And employing the best of the best artisans, craftsmen and builders in Ghana is smart and necessary, however, it's the vast middle-class that has to be catered to if the standard of living is gonna expand country-wide. To be "wakanda" like, it would also have to have a source of income and industry that make it competitive on the open world market. As a first step, ok, we have patience with real progress.
Exactly my feeling, he didn't really reply to the question on the purchasing power - this is clearly catered to the diaspora...Hopefully he can later on develop ecofriendly good quality building projects for smaller budgets, basically for the majority of the lower middle class locals...
One thing at a time! We have power outages, yeah but that means we should not build?
Absolutely beautiful video. Those apartment complexes are incredible looking. We as African people definitely need to focus inwards and not copy wholesale things from abroad. We have our own style and we've been building structures for thousands of years so we know a thing or two about long lasting construction. Well done brother. All the best to you.
Appreciate this interview thank you bro 🙏🏿
I cant explain how this video has inspired me. Thanks for uploading this content
Its the adenkra symbols for me so beautiful

Sooooo happyyyyy for this brotherrrr.
Bravo, I absolutely love these amazing luxury housing communities! I hope to visit Ghana before the year-end & will definitely add Heritage 100 to the list for my real estate tour!
Beautiful love the content watching from cape town south Africa
Gentrification has taken over Accra. Wow, the good and bad of Gentrification in Africa and especially Ghana 🇬🇭.
Yes it's true, salute to this project but aden, why cater for just the diaspora?! The gentrification of Accra is really sad ooh.. I'm Ghanaian American and not keen on moving back to Ghana... These over priced properties, segregating foreigners from local Ghanaians is problematic. Then, overall Accra's substandard infrastructure doesn't match the USA prices!
@@madjoabutterflythe government have to build and also encourage the private sector to build affordable homes by Ghanaians standards there’s not wrong with these high end areas they’re bringing in many Jobs the issue is that the government didn’t handle urbanisation well many people live in make shift shacks in accra
Am new here buh feels like I been missing alot... welcome back home guys..nice to see dc❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Big respect , we need people like this , who are the investors , the governmenets or who ?
One of the best terviews yet Nephew Tim . This brother has a vision and definitely knows how to implement it. By the way , is our brother a member of a Black Fraternity because I noticed that he was wearing blue & white . Your Savannah , Georgia - geechee / gullah auntie residing in NY & presently in Ghana working on several projects .
Sis! ✨I’m writing to you from gullah geechie land in Charleston, SC as we speak. But I used to travel to Ghana often when I was with the UN in Liberia. May I ask what type of projects you’re working on in Ghana?
@MsHoneysuckle10 - story buulding, small scale construction company & single structure apartment building .
@@HoneyBunches100 Are you originally from Charleston , SC ? Do you still travel to Ghana ? Last time there ? What are you doing now ?
That's my boss congratulations
Awesome 👍
Thanks For Mini Wakanda. Congratulations.
I wish Ghana builders would build foyers so that when you walk through the door theres a place to greet visitors.
Intelligence person who u are, love it,
This looks FABULOUS but I wanted to see more finished product and amenities and less talk and chat. SEEING is important
Those homes are beautiful!
