    Always love your videos. I wanted to share a story so before I even started yoga. in the month of March or April. When my awaken started to take full effect I was in bed a felt the presence of someone sitting at the edge of my bed as yourself(teacher,healer) astral projecting from another country. He was helping me for sometime heal certain areas in my body. I also seen this person in 2 of my meditations.i seen him in all white with a beaded necklaces sitting on a mountain top legs folded. So when I came across your channel it drew me in even more because you are always in nature connecting and appreciating all the world is offering all of us. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for teaching us and taking the time and energy to share what was once taught to you. Most importantly thank you for dedicating for life to impact others is many positive ways your a true blessing🙏♾💞🧘🏻‍♀️♾

    Been doing honeybee breathing for a few days and finding it really supportive. Is there a humming frequency/pitch we should try to reach? my voice is a lot higher than yours. Is deeper more healing, I can try to deepen my hum?

      Namaste, We are glad that bhramari breath is supporting you. That's a great question, The pitch of bhramari should be not too loud or too soft.     Hello Akhanda yoga institute. Could you clarify as to what you mean by inhaling in kidney, bladder, pancreas, adrinals etc etc by touching your tonque on palate. There is physiologically no way you can inhale in kidney and bladder etc. Also vibrations cannot be directed to different organs as being suggested in the video. Vibrations actually reaching there is different matter. Merely visualizing is different matter.
    Also do you have any study which says Bhramari regulate Serotonin and melatonin ? Yogic Sharstra does not talk about it either.

    I am doing the sound for twice as long to get it all out. Am I going too slow? Is there something wrong with my Lungs?
