    This was extremely helpful, I always wake up early in the morning with chronic tension migraines behind my left eye going up my neck and hope that the pain killers work because its agony everytime i get them, but this video turned a usual 5 hour migraine into one that only lasted 30 minutes at the most and I don't feel any pain, thankyou so much

    5th time doing this (3 times a day) and this time I've never yawned so much or so big. Feels like my body is deeply relaxing or something. Amazing!!

    Wonderful, thank you. I have stopped caffeine today and I have had a migraine the whole day (evening time now). I did not want to take any pill. Migraine is gone after Bhramari Pranayama 🙏

    I live in the western United States. The world is on fire and there’s constant smoke in the air. I had Covid earlier this year and have had asthma since I was a child. With all of that combined, my breathing has gotten extremely laboured recently and I have had multiple asthma attacks. I try and regularly do the breathing exercises that you teach but I’m wondering if you have something specific to slow the breathing during an attack for quicker recovery. Would be much appreciated.       And while you are in the middle of an asthma attack you might try working with abdominal breathing (breathing fully into the belly) and/or 3 part full yogic breathing (breathing in from belly to ribs to chest and breathing out from chest to ribs to belly).     This is so amazing! Thank you so much for this exercise! I suffered from headache the last weeks/months almost every day, because of stress, most likely. Had a bad one yesterday and couldn’t concentrate and learn because the headache just got so much worse of it and didn’t go away anymore. But after doing this it was so so much better, wow! Will do this one more often from now on, thank you! ❤
