After the third round during your relaxation guidance something within me released and tears started to stream down my face, I panicked and tightened up for a couple of breaths but following your voice was able to sink back into relaxation and calmly accept the release of feelings. I think there is a lot more in me to let go of, so I'll definitely be doing this every morning from now on. Thank you!

      Glad you enjoyed this session.
It is a matter of preference, sometimes it is nice to breathe out through the mouth to 'let go a little bit more', the release a bit more, some, like myself can prefer that sometimes over breathing out through the nose.

Sometimes i have a magnetic energy along my spine. I can intuitively move it up in head to experience a higher state. I don't know how to produce that energy? Does this breath help in producing that energy?

Incredible, Michael! After trying other breathing techniques, this one certainly resonated. Energy hit my 👑 chakra for the first time. Thank you for providing clear verbal and written instructions. Liked and subscribed immediately. Keep up the great work.

This spinal breathing kundalini awakening practice is similar almost to Agnisara pranayama which we do with Vajrasana and use all 4 bandhas. during bahya. kumbhaka. which empowers more on kundalini activation and panic breathing.

Hey Michael, This is fantastic breathwork. Thnk you for sharing everything you share. My question for you is the Chanting in this video really resonates with me. Are you able to share who does the chanting and if they have an album?
    Thanks!

@michael, thank you for being light to the world.
I've been trying different breathing techniques for about a year now and this method has helped me reach a deeper level of focus and energy. I read "Becoming Supernatural" by Dr. Joe Dispenza and his technique is similar. The term Kundalini was new to me and as I did my research, I found this Gem of a video. Gracias Amigo!
Question: I've been breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth, is this correct?

I started to get shaky maybe in the second exercise until we finished. This is prana or my life-force energy, correct? Once I turned my palms toward the sky, I felt pressure on both hands. It felt somewhat strong. It was not painful and neither experience felt negative. This is the first meditation I’ve actually felt something physical. I also liked the yogi’s voice and relaxed personality. He helped me be less nervous. Thank you 🙏🏻

Thank you, Michael. I greatly benefit from your lessons. Do you breathe in and out through the nose the whole time?

I got a little shaky again. I felt some pressure and slight vibration in my palms when they were facing up. I’ve also noticed each time I do this exercise I get a cool sensation in the center of my arms and the back of my neck. No idea what this means. I have been doing this everyday (5 days or so). I plan to keep going. I will look at your other videos as well 🙏🏻❤️

    Wow. Wow. Wow.
So, for context: I believe that the soul (muhūrtadevālaya) is made out of 4 jīvas (compound souls). (Note that I do know that jīva in a lot of dharmic faiths isn't defined as a compound soul.)
When I finished up the last round, I just felt my jīvas flying around in and even out of my body in a way that resembles how the butterfly effect is often show.
