That star wars original script is absolutely incredible. The beginning of a 40 year long franchise that reinvigorated the Sci Fi genre are on those first pages. I seriously couldn't imagine owning something as cool as that.
I want to see Rick actually sell the stuff he's bought.
That will be the focus of the next 20 seasons........Chum already sold Rick's Samurai sword collection to Dana White.......meh, it's a start.....lol.

They did a few episodes about what some items sold for.
He's only interested in rare collectible items. Like, if you just bring in something mass produced, he'll probably only give you 10% of what you bought it for. Rare items do sell when the right buyer comes around. Mass produced stuff sell too, but only at the lowest price.
He doesn't.
It goes into a backroom storage and comes out when there's room to put it out.
That original draft script is literally the Holy Grail of Star Wars memorabilia.

@@kolbyorozco9494 no, framing is not the big expense. Framing for something that extravagant would probably be around $700-$1000. However, the big expense comes from auction fees. Many good auction houses will charge 30%-40% auction fees. So if this thing sold for $50,000, that’s $15,000 gone right there. Well he bought it for $34,000 so add that to the cost. Add shipping back to the states, an additional $1000, and at this point he’s lost money.

Yes that's probably true. And FYI anything "signed" by Evel Kneivel is most likely a counterfeit as well. His business partner lived in Ohio and when Evel went bankrupt his business partner started signing and selling stuff to recoup his investment. His business partner's signature has replace evels as the "official" signature.

THAT ROTJ Lightasaber seems to be one that was used for close-ups(ex. shot: "I've see you've constructed a new lightsaber."). The wider shots they actually used an Obi-Wan lightsaber from the first (1977) film.

The poster, saber and script should all be in glass frames. That way they would be safe from people touching them. Framing them Alone could cost $2000, but add 3-4x the value.

That poster ... Signed by all the main people, just before the first movie was released ... That is a story that is invaluable. It is not just the signatures, it is the combination of signatures, and when they were written. And all on an original poster in what looks like pristine state ... With a pedigree that is unbelievable: one of the producers of the movie had the poster, and it is part of what seems like one of the main archives of Star Wars. And now the poster was also showcased on Pawn Stars.
Rick once said it (probably a few times): it is the story that sells. And the story of this poster is incredible, and as guaranteed to be true, with the best pedigree, as is possible.
