I wanted to let you guys know that I'll be doing a redesign/overhaul of Jack's character some time the future since some of you have brought some issues with her character to my attention.

@@mina3625 basically someone mentioned that Jack kinda fell into the loud/irrational anti-black stereotype while her gf was the angel(tm) and that made them uncomfy.
@@glassangels thanks for explaining! i thought that might be it, but i wasn't sure. I'm glad she decided to change that, it's a very harmful stereotype.

Well, it depends really. Who am I kidding of course its not
My two favorite looks for villains:
Either: A hideous, monstrous appearance brimming with a sense of the uncanny and innate wrongness. Something that makes me somewhat uncomfortable to look at because either the being is so alien and disconnected from anything we understand as familiar looking or whose appearance matches their inner hideousness so completely that they are haunting and abhorrent to behold.
Or: HOT

First off all the characters are so pretty and they're all so nice to look at second I love how in the ad you completely ignored the author of Harry Potter

And let's face it, Rowling's worldbuilding does _not_ deserve to be compared to Martin's or Tolkien's. Even ignoring offputting elements like the happy slave race, or really stupid things like wizards just pooping wherever and magicking it away before they got indoor plumbing, there's just less substance to her world.

That, and just the lack of making it 3-Dimensional.
Slytherin is always evil.
Gryffindor is always the protagonists.
Ravenclaw is always a bunch of nerds. ( This one is much less drastic, but still. Ravenclaws are also supposed to be creative. It'd be nice to see a really creative, but not very book smart Ravenclaw )
And Hufflepuff is basically anyone else.
If we had at least one Slytherin character who wasn't some sort of villain, it'd just help make the world more three dimensional. You can't even disprove someone who says "Slytherins are always evil" because that's all we've been shown in this world.
Hot villains with an understandable but not excused reason, ah yes I see you're a fellow person of taste.

I love all of your redesigns, but I thought you might find this bit of information interesting regarding the dire wolf and their looks. So originally it was thought that they looked very similar to wolves but they are in fact more closely related to coyotes, dholes, and jackals. It’s actually super cool how this works because dire wolves and saber toothed cats share something in common, the saber toothed cat has no living relative and aren’t as closely related to lions and tigers as once thought just like dire wolves! So scientists believe that dire wolves would actually look more like a dhole or a jackal but much bigger and more muscular. To be clear this piece of information isn’t to change anything about the character but rather an interesting fact that I thought would be cool to share. I love your work, and keep on doing what you’re doing!

I love how in depth you’ve thought about the characteristics of the villians like you made both the heroes and villains equally fleshed out and I love that
I dunno if it's the hair, the bandana, or the fact that you mentioned your RWBY phase when talking about her Jekyl-and-Hyde motif, but Jacklaid reminds me of Yang. Except if she was gardening, I guess?

Also, thank you for making a wolf inspired character who is SOFT AND SWEET because those guys are just big ol' doofuses. Too many people focus on the "Big Bad Wolf" trope and not enough time seeing how silly and lazy and family-oriented real wolves are. (Yes, I was the Wolf Kid in school, I still am. Sue me.)
