    Amazing workout! I really like how the kicking part is not too advanced and is comfortable to do even for beginners.
    I can feel this workout will bring good results!

      @@BruceWillow I did this evening! I’m almost dead 😅. The killing one is Bulgarian squat! I managed 3 rounds but without weights 😅. Like this whole follow along exercises even though is tough 🤗👍 Thanks 🙏🏻
