I never see any videos of other food places take care to be so clean and sanitary before they prepare and cook food and use great fresh ingredients! I love watching Korean street food it ALWAYS looks amazingly delicious 😋 😉👍
Yes, almost as if they were going into an integrated chip manufacturing clean room instead of a bakery. Very nice indeed.
They have to be really clean because they're suppliers! Due to the time it's takes from finished product till the day it is sold (1-5days?) As compared to local small scale street food stalls to bakery (less than 1 day usually). Food poisoning comes from toxins released by bacterias and time is what bacteria need to produce toxins! So the longer it takes before we consume the higher risk of food poisoning whereas actual street stalls where the timing is cut dramatically it is safer even if there is a slightly higher bacteria count!
This is exactly what I call Food Art. The cheesecake has carefully calculated burnt in all the right places whils the inside is perfectly moist. Beautiful !!

they are made of silicon :P so just washing machine and that's it. Up to 250° and -40° C
