I can't believe I only discovered this channel a few weeks ago! I would have loved to cook these recipes during covid. Lockdown in Melbourne, Australia was very long and hard, a bad dream to most. So glad to discover these past episodes. Thanks Kevin for sharing your positive attitude to life.😊
Making something similar for tomorrows dinner. I used spinach & chicken sausage, plus an additional egg, because I just have too many on hand! Smells wonderful!

That looks delicious and I would love to make this dish. However I’m in the UK and do not recall seeing “sweet Italian Sausage” in the supermarket/butcher’s. I am hoping some of your UK followers may be able to offer some advice.

Is it a “bitter green?”… Also I wanted to ask you.. couldn’t you just put All the ingredients in the bowl & then pour the egg custard over the top.. & put it in the casserole? Then top with the cheese? Just Wondering!!.. I’m definitely going to try this!! Also!! Do you have Any More Strata Recipes?? Like an Asparagus cheese Strata? Or something like that??
