as a breakdancer, i don't really see a single leg squat here? check out Kujo for example..or Run dmc - Its like that, the music video. People really do squat in dances. Also babies and children know how to deep squat, but adults really forget how to do that and this doesn't help one bit. Check out africans/aboriginals etc. They all hang out in deep squats.
0 range of motion, pointless things like overhead squats, just stick to the basics, back squat full ROM, if you want to train shoulder mobility do it separately with German hangs or shoulder dislocations, overhead squat just makes it dangerous to load up and go heavy🤦♂️
