      He isn't a bodybuilder but a scientist. He looks athletic but I'm sure his goal is to be healthy and not overly muscular.

      @@dr.joelseedmanif it’s a common consensus amongst the majority, it goes into you being blinded by either ego/pride, ignorance, or something along those lines. If I knew what I was talking about and say in a room/podcast and I was the only one that was being called out and being told I was wrong I would 100% look inward and fix myself.

    Love it Joel I have been intuitively finding myself working on eyes-closed BW/lightly-loaded lunges when i'm doing recovery work from sprinting workouts, and they really really challenge my balance and body awareness. Great recovery tool after those workouts as well
