- Dash is the 22nd level of Geometry Dash, released in Update 2.2, and I like it a lot!
So today, I decided to try and continue building a fanmade v2 of the level I started off-camera a couple days ago!

Sd, I have to say you are my favorite youtuber completely right now. May I recommend finishing the "Fixing robtop coins" series?
Pro Tip: Use channels to make sync with triggers and pulses in different gameplay orientations. And use order counting up numerically starting at 1 to help sync the editor with positional/speed changes to the gameplay (Speed portals, Teleportation of any kind, and timewarp)
Example: I have a speed portal before a vertical gameplay segment and a speed portal during the vertical segment, To make the sync line work with it I need to set the first speed portal to order 1, then set the arrow trigger to change the channel to 1, and then set the second speed portal to the channel the arrow trigger set and make its order 2
This always works for me, but channels and order are still very confusing features 😅

This is why I don't use arrow triggers
I found out while making a level that using a lot of channels messes up the editor and triggers, you should use less channels. I only use 2 channels, 0 and 1 and it works very well. I use channel 0 for horizontal gameplay and channel 1 for vertical gameplay. For example you start in ch 0, then you go vertical so you change to ch 1, then you stay vertical but you go in the opposite direction, then I will use a new arrow trigger without changing the channel, but the triggers that I will use will stay in channel 1 order 1, then I go back in horizontal with another arrow which stays in channel 1 ord 1 and it will change the channel to 0, then the next triggers will be at channel 0, order 1. This also applies to reverse orbs and reverse trigger, you need to increase the order by 1

I've found that when you have arrow triggers on not spawn or touch they just get activated whenever you cross that x position no matter where you are.

You have to open up „Edit Group“ and set the right channel there (On the right side of the menu).
For example: Set the 1st arrow trigger to target channel 1 and the set the 2nd arrow triggers group setting to channel 1.
After that you set the 2nd arrow trigger to target channel 2. This goes on and on till you are done.
Additionally you have to set all the other triggers (Example: Camera, Keyframes etc.) to the right channel in the group settings (Edit Group).

Hey, noticed that you were having trouble with gameplay modifiers such as speed and reverse orbs according to music sync.
keep in mond that you can also set theese on channels, and they just are acting like they were toggled off until a certain channel is hit.

Tip: if you have channels of arrow triggers, example the player goes sideways so its channel 1, and you go back to normal gravity and select the arrow trigger and check the target channel and put it on channel 0, so it will target channel 0 which is the default when you place a trigger so you don't have to place a trigger and suffer always putting them in a new channel

I would put a arrow trigger when you need to reverse when clicking on a orb so, I can modify the channel you’re in right now,
Or put a arrow trigger before the reverse orb, I hadn’t tried that yet
