Devoted. Way to go Karol!!! You should be so proud of yourself. I cried along with you. I could literally feel your pain. I'm so happy that you put your trust in Emmie and her team. As for your husband... might I suggest you saute whatever he is having either in half the amount of oil then, over time, eliminate it... Or just dive right in and start sauteing his stuff in veggie broth or water. I doubt he'll know the difference and it is a tiny, but helpful change. Small changes over time lead to success. 🤔 If my sister's husband (who has been a meat eating butcher all of his life 😉) can make the transition, anybody can! He does enjoy some plant based meats on special occasions but, overall, he eats WAY better and is much healthier as a result.

What do you do if you can’t have vegetables because of stomach paralysis and being tube fed? And NPO (nil per mouth) I’m certain I have oestrogen dominance and menopausal and how can I view the video of how you helped your mother?
