    I have to say, the gal at the Kansas City Chiefs game who was caught on camera eating a whole baked potato at the game says it all. I don’t know if she is on a special “diet”. The SOS lifestyle is so easy and wholesome. It is a no brainer! I do the same 😂.

    For so long I thought that I couldn't lose weight because I needed to find the right diet to help me. Obviously a plant based diet is ideal. But what I've now realised is just how powerful the right mindset is. Love this video ❤
    Love the simplicity. The world teaches you that meals have to be fancy and complicated. It has never sat well with me and overwhelms me. I love this simplicity!

    I'm so grateful that I have found your channel. I have been a gluten free (celiac) vegan for years and you have given me inspiration and more desire to be joyful and intentional in my eating instead of feeling like I am deprived at times. Thank you for reminding me of how important it is to feed not just my body, but my soul!

    Hi Emmie, This video is very informative and I am excited about the info you have shared. However, I am curious about the use of plastic and microwaving the plastic. With all the info out regarding plastics and leaching, I am wondering if you may use an alternative way of cooking your veggies. Thank you!

    Since going whole food plant-based low fat the wrinkles on my face have gotten worse. I keep wondering if I need collagen or I need meat

    • @HealthyEmmie
      @HealthyEmmie  2 года назад +1

      Apply collagen topically to your skin! Don't eat it :)

    • @sco1889
      @sco1889 Год назад +3

      Is it because you’ve lost some of the fat in your face? Fat in the face makes us appear more youthful. Often times rapid weight loss can make us appear older but then it levels out and gets better later on after your body adjusts to the weight loss. Whole plant based foods contain vitamin C which our body uses to produce collagen :)

    Love 🥰 this video Emmie and would rather watch this than a 🐈 video because this video is more inspirational and motivating than a cat 🐈 video would be. This is the greatest video Emmie has ever made. Great that you have the mini 3 quart instant pot and it is the kitchen appliance that I use the most. Love 🥰 this video and love 💞Emmie ( it would be impossible not to) and love 💕❤Mum & Dad.

    I eat whole plant , but still crave sweets. What is the best way to get over it? I only use date syrup or maple syrup.

    • @alexischarest378
      @alexischarest378 Год назад

      Eat a dessert..

    • @baobabbaobab6487
      @baobabbaobab6487 Год назад

      Date and maple syrups are added sugar, not sugar naturally found in foods. It is probably because you still eat added sugar (date and maple syrup) that you still crave sugar. The microbes in your intestines and stomach who crave sugar and make you feel the need to eat added sugar are still there, only when you'll have starved them, they'll die and so will your cravings. At least this is what I learned, I still haven't made the move

    • @baobabbaobab6487
      @baobabbaobab6487 Год назад

      I'm talking about added sugar of course, always! Natural sugar found in foods doesn't make us crave more sugar, it satiates us. Our bodies don't react the same and one shouldn't get rid of sugars!! Just added sugars. Our brain relies on sugar both from carbs and fruits/vegs.
