After one dinner party, you will have to empty a propane tank repairing all the scratches. That anti scratch performace was shocking.
I’ll revoke this comment if you do a side by side scratch test with all the big brands.

That's an excellent challenge idea. We'll get to work on that and let you know the results once we're done. We have never had another manufacture suggest that scratches in their boards are this easily repaired, but other brands have suggested that their cap stocks are harder than others. Should make for an interesting test!
