If anyone gets caught lying about their partner abusing their child/children they should be severely punished.
So should people using They're out of context
Bad grammar aside, I agree with you
Especially if they lie about any sexual abuse. If you say that, then the child has to be throughly examined; no matter if the accuser tries to take it back. To put a child through that unnecessarily is abhorrent.
@@philmitchellboxing8661 So should people who use flawed grammar and don't put a period at the end of a sentence.
Mr. Meanor And their child should be taken from them also.
There are a couple states where false allegations carry the penalty that the actual crime would, but I don't know if it applies to accusing someone of harming a child.
At least her ex-husband is still alive. That's something that can't be said about many of the stories on this channel.
hahaha so true!
Very true
I was pleasantly surprised!
I'm so glad for that.. There is one case that I will NEVER EVER forget.. A wife suspected her husband was poisoning her, he was a pharmacist.. She set up hidden cameras to get evidence to make sure.. He's caught doing just that.. Now because she DIDN'T die the judge sentenced him to 1 year because he believed if he wanted to kill her as a pharmacist he could have.. Smdh..
I guess if she had worse ER doctors he would have received more time..
A man with one good friend. Sticks by him when wife lays down abuse accusations.
Gets shot at.
Pulls him into car.
Testifies in court.
Warms my heart a little.
‘Would never do anything to harm him’. Conveniently forgot how she had falsely accused him of abusing their child precisely for the purpose of ‘taking her child’s father away from him’, which was the other thing she oathed on all that is holy, was something she was simply not capable of doing. Unraveled quite spectacularly her plot. Ended up falling in the hole she’d prepared for her husband.
I'm glad that she was found guilty and Greg wasn't killed, but as I was watching this I realized she never got any consequences for all the lies she told about Greg abusing their son. Things like that have to be taken more seriously in the hope of curtailing false accusations that could ruin an innocent person's entire life.
I was told this is the reason the DA on this case did press (as she usually does not) because she wanted to speak out in public to point out that this father was falsely accused and publicly humiliated & put through all kinds of testing & interviewed countless times and the state found he did not touch his son & it was all FALSE!!
Greg died though
@@noneck3099 Greg is alive and in 2017 won a civil judgement as well.
Woman never do. My ex literally admitted in court she lied on me and lied to the judge literally in the stand but nothing happened to her. I got custody but that's it.

I'm glad that the innocent victim survived for once, and that the boy still has his father.
Seconded!
Here, here to that!
Exactly. 🙏🏽 This is perhaps the only TC story that had a relatively-satisfying ending. Plus the fact the ex wife will be an even older fart by the time she’s up for parole.
Agreed to that sentiment
Frfr, I'm so happy the kid still gets to be with their parent
Asks her trainer: Will you shoot my husband?
Trainer: Sure let's give it a goo.

The fact that Weldon got a waaayyy longer sentence than her doesn't sit right with me.
Sure he was the one with the gun and pulled the trigger so a part of this sentence is probably regarding all the unlawful use of a firearm things etc and that he was an absolute moron to put himself in this situation.
But the fact that she manipulated him to do it makes me feel like she is at least as much responsible than him for all of this.
I don't really think he should have got less, but I definitely think she should have got way more.
I feel that because he wasn't killed, was barely even shot, the sentences should have been less. I believe Weldon in that if he meant to kill, dude would be out cold. This to me is like an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon thing, 10-15 years. And for her, even less. I don't buy that the ex wife who slept with him and paid him should get more. He could have been an adult and said no.
That and all her lies with him being abusive towards her and their son. Not sure if it was brought up in the trial or not
A man would've gotten more.
White woman vs a black man. No mystery here
Me either, he didn't kill him he was used
Love how his defense is that he is simultaneously a good enough marksman to never miss the small target of a chest and head of a fleeing man, and also bad enough that he somehow missed the huge target of ANYTHING BUT Greg. Genius.
I thought the same too. He also took a shit.
“This is a kitchen, and this is where I like to cook”.

What did she think would happen if her husband had been found guilty of the false abuse charges she made against him? Just another p.o.s. narcissistic liar who wanted everything her way. I'm really happy that this b^%@h got locked up.

As a father who won primary custody against a crazed ex wife, these type of stories scare me.
Stay safe man!
I read all the comments and realized that no one mentioned that Weldon was married and had a newborn baby of his own. You know his wife had to be mad as hell that he through their family away for her.
So....he cheated with this...lady..? Maybe her place was quieter...for a minute anyway
That is so sad
I haven’t even finished the video yet, but that cooking video is one of the most unintentionally hilarious things I’ve ever seen! It’s like a scene cut from The Room.
Or Truman Show
I wouldn't recommend watching the rest of the vid!! Well, I guess it depends on where you are in the story, but you've seen the most entertaining part, that being the cooking show fiasco. Spoiler alert, skip to the court scene for some more great content! As always, Light and Love ~ Yvonne
PAINFUL. MICHAEL SCOTT HAS MORE CARISMA. 😂
Get your spoons ready to throw at her
Oh hi that chapter!
Lovejoy: "I would never take his father away from him."
Also her: "You know any killers for my son's father?"
C'mon, clearly she was looking for a very unique Father's Day gift. That must be it, right?
I will take his mother away, though.
Hey….wait a minute
She would never but she would hire someone too lol
You hear that from spouse that got caught cheating and then say “I would never do anything to hurt you” .
Also she was doing everything she could to take him away by smearing him and getting a restraining order 🙄
She claimed that he was a druggies and an abuser. They spent resources to find out that was not true. There were no consequences for that action. Our systems in the States are over burdened enough, but there needs to be consequences for false statements and reports.
I love how this guy is simultaneously bragging about how awesome a shot he is and claiming it was an aiming error that caused him to hit.

Exactly! Dude, you've been found guilty, just fess up. You got played by that woman.

Pick a damned lane.
Regardless of your marksmanship, I have to imagine that opening fire on two strangers in the dark, after luring one of them to a secluded spot, is attempted murder.
right. so you are so good of a shot you could have killed him if you wanted, but you arent a good enough shot to shoot warning shots without hitting him? seems like the latter would be easier. if you are just trying to scare you could literally just the bullets 100's of feet away from them or even use blanks

One small thing about RUclipsrs that I’ve noticed is that so many are so young that normal jobs don’t seem real to them. Like anything that isn’t a lawyer or racecar driver is boring. Like technical writing?! It’s just an office job. It’s pretty cool as far as office jobs go. And the end product has to meet legal requirements, be easily translatable, tested, etc.
Anyway, this is from a former technical writer who got really into it and is now getting a PhD to research health and safety for environmental issues. Us tech writers watch RUclips too 😭.

Sound logic at its best!
@@aboredgeek7127 it has to do with the “grouping” of rounds. Two things that matter are the weapon and the shooter. If, when you shoot three rounds and they are all within a TWO INCH circle, but not in the “bullseye”, then the shooter and the weapon are good, but you have to adjust the sights on the weapon. If the rounds are all over the place, either the shooter sucks, or the weapon is a piece of crap. Typically, it’s the former. Does that help, or were you referring to a phallic symbol?

If you just wanted to scare him you would use blanks.
Or shoot into the ground.
The fact that he was hit in the armpit means Wheldon was aiming at him. It also means that he could have accidentally killed up to 5 other people if he was on flat ground and there were other people within a few hundred yards.
Honestly a much better defense would have been to say that he asked Diana to load the rifle with blanks (or that he loaded it and she had access to it) and she slipped a live round in. Assuming the other 5 bullets were never found. It also depends on the rifle used. If it was gas operated you'd need wadding to create pressure to cycle the gas system, but its better than his "aiming error from an expert marksman" defense.
I think Dianna deserved more time than Weldon. I feel like their sentences should be the other way round

Why don't all murderers get the same lengthy sentence? Some get off much lighter plus in this case the husband lived. I'll never understand the justice system.

Not many Chapters end with the victim still alive. That's a nice twist.
Her decision to “faint” when the guilty verdict was read shows how she’s used to solving difficulties in life.
She tried defaming her husband, expecting the situation to just resolve with people taking her side.
Low and behold when she ultimately is found guilty for attempting to have him killed, she desperately tries to reclaim her victim status and ease in trying to control the difficult situations she finds herself in.
*Weldon’s*: I’m an experienced marksman, if I wanted to shoot him he would have been dead.
*Also Weldon*: It was an aiming error, I didn’t mean to shoot him.
*Me*: Interesting… so he is good at making sure to shoot him, but he is not good at not wanting to shoot him
Yeah, that surely makes sense, we have a genuinely remorseful man here.
Yeah, my ex accused me of all kinds of impropriety and creepy stuff, in the long run I got the kids and my kids have decided not to ever see their biological mother and have not for eight years now. Now that's some demonstration of what a creep and monster she is. I know personally how far people can go when they want their way. It is estimated that one in 30 people in our general population has sociopathic tendencies. It's likely only to get worse......
Ooooh, when your own aunt and the person you're named after is testifying against you, you're screwed.
If this marine intended to "scare" him, why aim so close to the target and not TREE feet away from them? He missed and their plot was a joke. She had a better chance at having her own cooking show 🤣 I'd give it agoo
She would be a meme all over the world, would definitely sell^^
@@Flaschenteufel her ex should get every dime. He’ll be a millionaire
um, did you mean three feet away? hmmmm..... lol
Aren't you supposed to shoot close to the target to scare them? I hear you can hear the bullets passing by. I think it was an intent to scare but hey, I wasn't at the court, so obviously, there was key evidence of intent
I don't know how easy it might be to obtain 'blanks', but, I think that would have been the way to go if you didn't want to kill anyone but insisted on scaring them.
She looks to me like she actually fainted. It doesn't mean she's innocent, it just means she realized her life is over.
I like how you can see her look directly at the table, aiming for the spot, before she “fainted”. That’s not how fainting works. Acting, as seen by her cooking videos and the dramatic “fainting” episode are definitely not her strong suit.
She thought that dressing up as a kindergarten teacher during the trial was enough to get her out of trouble.
Pathetic.
You wouldn't hurt a kindergarten teacher...you monster ;_;
I was thinking the same thing!
Yes kindy teacher with a big nose
yea thats typical advice from a defense attorney. any person with any bit of sense can see through that BS
Y'all notice how Weldon looks at her when she says that she still "loves" Greg? Yeah buddy you got played!! 😂😂😂
😂 right?! Played HARD.
@@inkedmomblu1510 Weldon is the worse case of "when simpin goes wrong"
Crazy b.... didn't love either of them. She was still attempting to plead innocent.
What a pathetic arse POFS
"THAT LIL PU**Y GOT SOME POWER" - PLIES
Brothers just can't resist them vanilla cookies. But, I knew that went down. Once again the blairing injustice of the system. I don't think this verdict could fly anywhere else in the world
The fainting is the icing on the cake. Video recording is amazing. Someone needs to play that video for her in prison.
Taking a shit at the dead centre of a crime scene your about to create and leaving it there. What a criminal mastermind.
The look on her face when they read the guilty verdict is absolutely PRICELESS!!!!!! She obviously TOTALLY believed they were going to say not guilty!
22:41 as well... After her whole crying act, she looks like she's asking her lawyer "Do you think they bought it? Did I cry enough?"
@Mike Sanders yes, Mike there’s absolutely no females in prison……. sure
@Mike Sanders no they just get lenient sentences
@Mike Sanders 🙄
@@mishelenetee8103 lmao I know, I eye rolled whilst laughing, a beautiful kind of irony telling others that they’re “indoctrinated”
You’re honestly the best channel on RUclips and I love watching your subscriber numbers grow. I laugh every single video out loud. Out loud
@3:20 🤣 I snorted out my ice water, you crack me up! I love your style and humor
Greg had a really good friend to go with him at 11pm down a dirt road.his friend saved his life going with him that night
thats what i was thinking as well!
Great observation… a friend indeed and in need.
They shouldn’t have gone at all. If my friend asked me to accompany him to a remote location to get something a random caller said they left there I’d do everything I could to stop them from going.
Definatly
Tbh they are both incredibly dumb for going and incredibly lucky for surviving. At least they have an awesome history to tell lol
Crazy that the most disturbing part of this case was the cooking show
That show would certainly never get her fame,
especially since she was clearly batshit insane
Yes, I was traumatized by her little comercial
And the pile of poop covered with a towel!
The story is priceless but this particular comment “takes the cake”
I bet she fainted when Weldon told her he missed the kill shot!!! No remorse until she got the verdict crazy😮
The only story I've seen you cover where the victim survived, it's a nice change of pace
