Having someone handle cooking/nutrition can make a huge difference. Takes a lot of time and energy to prepare that much food each and every day. Freeing up that time for Regan will make a difference in the competition. And clearly, handling the nutrition isn't the only thing britt does too. She deserves credit for sure.

Bro I've gotta thank you, this video is great. I've been dieting for months and hit a weight loss plateau for the last month. I can see how that I wasn't willing to do what it takes, letting my cals get too high (3000) and relying on some comfort foods. This has renewed my resolve to stay under 2000 with more low cal volume. I doubt you will read this, but I can't describe how much this inspired me. You seem to just stay positive and take it in stride.
I'd be guessing you can break the Top 10 this year. Well deserved.

Damn when I cut, I eat 1800 cals and roughly 180-200g of Protein and I’m only 5’10 170. When I cut i cut to 155 and usually takes a solid month or so

I was mixING my protien powder like this everyday for 2 months until i ended up in the ER! Guys do not do this everyday! It starts with bloat then goes into non degesting. It literally says on the container to consume with 8oz of water or more.
