Yep, I've been gone a while, but getting back to it after long battles with COVID, injuries and just getting old. But there is always a silver lining, and here is how I managed to 1) rehab my hand after a broken finger and 2) how I also managed to get more bang in my punches along the way. One thing--when you do the hammer exercises use rubber mallets. Much easier on the bag. Second thing--I was being a bit sloppy and slapping a bit, as I was talking. Do as I say and not as I do, heh heh.
Final thing--was that Terence Crawford-Errol Spence fight something or what?

Also... obv, I meant my left (back hand) when I was in the southpaw stance. I feel about the same in either stance and sometimes my brain doesn't adjust when I'm talking.
