I like the way that Oscar breaks things down and explains things...I get why he doesn't like to lift weights. Boxing is all about the core, the power comes from the mid sections, hips and thighs...it is literally a whole body workout and probably one of the toughest sports one could do..
The guy was a journalist. :) Not a fighter. Maybe one that never stepped in a gym. Doesn't mean he couldn't become a fighter. Doesn't mean he doesn't have it. The way he explained the hints and tips of his boxing is very psychological. I totally understand how he is such a winner.
