    This mindset changed sparring for me.. getting there with your feet so you can get there with your hands seems obvious but it really works

      ive been trying to work on my hand foot coordination aswell its tricky for a beginner bc we miss the small little details, its frustrating but hopefully patience and practice will pay off

    Everyone needs to stop hating on Freddie, he is a great boxing trainer and he never has a cross word to say about anyone. Leave the man alone, he has done more in his life than all you hacks put together! The internet makes everyone an expert.

    thanks for these instructional vids n shit man, i used to box wen i was like 17-18and then i just got real out of shape sittin around doin nuthing for 7 years, put on 50 lbs...im tryin to get back into shape n into boxing, i have good power and a good chin, but my basics were always iffy, so thanks for puttin the vids up, ill take wut i can from em...

    @jorellr21: Good luck with what?!!! Also I was making reference to one punch when I was talking about Manny and Hatton. That punch was a hook that he landed earlier in the fight. I wasn't talking about four or five punches. I was making a point that Manny throws his hook "wide", thats all I was saying in that regard. Personally, I think that Manny's on something also. Manny was plastered by JMM and EM at the lighterweight class and this is why I say that he's on something. My opinion only.

    manny aint scared to take a shot, which is why he has an edge over mayweather.
    he is willing to put himself in danger to get better angles and closer counters.
    they are top competitors and usually when its that close, the guy who throws more punches wins.
