I wish you could get abs this easy. I was trying for years to finally realize my diet wasn't really good. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you what you should eat and how much. I got myself meal plan from Next Level Diet and finally after couple of years of working out I got to see a glimpse of these beautiful lines on my stomach.

This was amazing! You changed the format up a bit and it’s 🔥! Music amazing, pace amazing, intensity fire, and time in b/t perfecto! As woman We don’t have to be so hard on our bodies to get results. Less is more but 100 percent focus on intention in every movement and see it working whoooo that’s the sweet spot ladies 🌟
I like this work out a lot, saved it to my strength training playlist. The exercises are a bit heavy on the neck though, so for the last exercise I switched it out with a plank rock-climber.
Day 1: I felt the burn everywhere, it hurt so bad but it was wonderful Day 2: it burned alot but i still managed to do it, still not a big difference Day 3: it was fine but I had back pain, I can kinda see a lil difference! Day 4: I almost gave up I was tired, but I still managed to do it Day 5: it was kinda hard but I feel like my stomach has shrunk a lot! Day 6: it felt great I wasn't tired plus it was really easy!! Day 7: I noticed the difference in my stomach it got way way better than it used to be!!

Gonna do this for 2 weeks straight to see the results! It's the first workout that i’ve done for the past three years that actually makes my abs hurt for the entire day!!!! Day 1-✅ Day 2-✅ Day 3- 🙈abs hurt too much Day 4-✅ wow it’s rlly a killer, btw can see some slight improvements Day 5- it gets easier, but it’s working! Day 6- didn't do it Day 7- did another abs workout cuz found a more intense one Day 8- kept doing the other workout
I decided to update as much as I can every time I do this workout. So, I think I kind of have a flat stomach but no abs. Day 1: ✅ I didn't expect it to be that intense and I had to take a lot of breaks, but in my defense, I did skip every break in this video 🤷♀️. I also did a 15 min HIIT workout by Chloe Ting before this. I don't see much difference except for 2 horizontal red lines on my stomach. Day 2: ✅Today was a bit easier and I took fewer breaks, plus I also skipped the breaks in the video. Whenever I tense my stomach after I finish the workout, my tummy looks more toned and flat. Day 3: ✅ Today was easier, had fewer breaks, and also skipped the breaks in the video. I don't see much difference. I think my stomach looks just like yesterday. Day 4: ❌ I sadly didn’t have time for this workout. Day 5: ❌ I started fasting and had to study. Day 6: ❌ Didn’t have time. Day 7 : ❌I had to study for my quiz tomorrow. Day 8: ✅I finally started the workout again, it was easy but I really struggled with the last excersise. I skipped all the breaks and I’m also fasting. I don’t see abs, but I expected nothing more since I skipped a lot of day.

Great first workout with you. I can definitely feel the tightness in abdominal area. I really felt my lower back and neck stiffing half way through ( which partial I am assuming from having twins but definitely let's me know I need to stretch more.) This one has the best music stack so far: 1. No annoying FRIENDS song about rejection and unmatched expectations. 2. No song about "fucking spending the money with you" about a dumb way of spending money + attraction based on how much money you can drop. 3. Every song has words and a story behind it + has a pleasant meaning. Something along the lines of "fun, love, lust, courage". Really good! The workout is awesome too 🙏🏼

I have a c section but I still try to keep fit so I'm doing these work out last the last one is a little hard but gradually I'll try it until I feel stronger thanks so much.

Great one, it was indeed intense. That last tune hit the feels a little but I stuck to it!
