I have melasma and hashimoto's. I had the worst acne of my life (cystic). I narrowed it down to supplements that might have been causing it. Mine was caused by BIOTIN. Do not take any b vitamins alone! Always take a b complex of you want a b vitamin, and if you need more of one take that one extra but continue the complex... they ask support each other. Also, omegas can cause acne so always start a supplement one at a time and note how it affects you before starting another.

I eat strict carnivore. High testosterone, even at my age, will cause it at times.
For me as soon as I cut out meat and then started celery juicing which kills off the strep infection that the hormones feed off..everything cleared
