I'm Truly Grateful that I was able to introduce you to Tears for Fears There are an Amazing Group Thanks for the Reaction ❤
Thanks for me. Truly one of the best bands of all time. So good to share and see. ❤
I remember the first time hearing Change. I was a junior in highschool and was instantly hooked on Tears For Fears and had a huge crush on Curt ❤
@@monicamad1285 I was 12 or 13. I’m now 54 and they’re still going strong 😎❤️
@@monicamad1285 That Song was my introduction to TFF and I immediately ran out to buy their Album "The Hurting"! What an incredible Debut Album that also had "Pale Shelter".
I was born in the 60s and grew up in the 70s and 80s and we had the greatest music ❤
Same here. I really wish I would have appreciated it more at the time; now I’m 60 years old, just now discovering all this great music that was right in front of me the whole time. Thank God for reaction channels! They’ve connected me to all the music I ignored over the years. This channel with mdreezy is currently my favorite.
I was born in '58 and since I was probably 15 we went to see major acts at least 3 weekends a year. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area there were great acts every weekend; sometimes 2 or 3 at a time at different venues. And so affordable back then; often less than $10. I saw every great rock and R&B act there was. What a great time to be alive!
I'd give anything to go back to the 80s...really miss those fab years.
Your deep level of appreciation gives me hope that one day the world will tire of techno and autotune and REAL music will rise again... 😝It's youth like you that will keep this music alive. Spread the word!
Ahhh, that 80's vibe signifies with TFF. They exemplified the era along with others like Sting, Human League, Depeche Mode and scores of more great groups.
Roland trained with a opera company for a while when he was around 17.
Tears for Fears is from my young teenage years. This band is my memories.😊❤🔴
Oh, this is my favorite song from them!
My man!!! 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
They’re still touring and their last album in 2022 was as impeccable as their first
You need to check out "Change" from them. It's some of their earlier stuff and has great instrumentation.
Not 14 year old me listening to this song on repeat crying over a boy I liked ignoring me 🤣🤣🤣😅 ….. loved this song
Killer song!!
I love this song! Yes, they have so much great music, it's timeless.
One of my favorite groups, their production is incredible. Others to check out: The Working Hour, Elemental, Break It Down Again, Raoul and the Kings of Spain, Mr. Pessimist, Cold (with an incredible video) and my favorite, Goodnight Song. That can keep you going!
No song captures that wonderful feeling of discovering that one is in love with someone better than this song. And the line "It's hard to be a man when there's a gun in your hand" is one of the most radical comments on masculinity ever put into a song. I can't listen to this song without ever having to listen to it again at least a couple more times. It always makes my heart soar. Wonderful reaction to a wonderful song.
You got to check out videos of their live concerts last year. Just as amazing at ages 62
70s and 80s were the best!
This was part of the soundtrack for my 20s. So much fun!
This a chill song when you're with your lady 😎
this is in the top 10 for me of all time, i will ALWAYS love this song no matter what
You just don't hear music like this anymore. These were the last of the Mohicans.
I love watching younger people, especially artists and musicians, find these old songs and get inspired to make their own new music the old fashioned way without autotuning and AI, which is awesome, but don't forget how they used to do it and now it's "new" if you do something retro. I encourage remixes all the time because a lot of the rock songs had amazing lyrics that could easily be country or a rap.
I thank God I grew up with this awesome music ❤❤
Yeah, more Tears for Fears ❤ I always loved that cute video.
Great reaction 🔥🔥🔥
To a great song 🔥🔥
You are soooo right, we did grow up with amazing music and were very lucky. Honestly music was so incredible from the 60s/70s/80s and some of the 90s, we just thought it was normal & great music would continue to be created forever. Welp, that was wrong! Of course there are exceptions but even a study showed that songs all sound that same more than ever, now. And don't get me started on autotune, lol. I think that's why music reactions became so big, is that people want music like this and all the great stuff from that Golden Era to come back. And those of us who grew up with it love to see younger people experience it for the first time. You're helping keep this music alive!
Love this band, 80s music set the standard.
Love your reactions...spread the word so good music will live forever. ❤😊
Another male voice with fabulous sound, pitch & a higher range would be Journey's front man Steve Perry. Check out some of their 80's offerings.
Head over heels… man’s head is in the clouds!❤ I think the gal was Roland’s wife at the time.
Do you have any idea, how charming you are? One of my favorite channels, and I follow a TON of reactors
My favourite song ❤
Song from the big chair is a great album
Pale Shelter next please
Yes Please do "Pale Shelter" It was their first "Hit?" in the US on New Wave & Radio College Stations.
I suggest you to watch the live version that they did few years ago. Still great voices ❤
I looked through your catalogue of Tears for Fears songs and I don't see a reaction to Humdrum and Humble. If you did it let me know. Love your reactions. I just subscribed ( I can't afford Patreon because of a limited budget but I really love your reactions. Be safe and stay Blessed.
I think the drummer was supposed to be dressed as a Hasidic Jew, not Abraham Lincoln. No idea why.
Another band with a crazy vocal range is of course The Bee Gees. Another of my favorite bands.
TFF
Bee Gees
Echo & The Bunnymen
Depeche Mode
Yes he was dressed up as a "Hasidic Jew" (I'm from Miami so I know 😂) and not Abe Lincoln!
Dude,you gotta watch Donnie Darko!
The 80's mudicians still had the ambition of making real videos with a story, not the shit we see so often nowadays
Please react to SUFFER THE CHILDREN - do not let the title deter you if is a very LIFE AFFIRMING Song :-D
Don't know bout a channel
Just know I enjoy tomorrow
This song works even better on the album. Let's just get this straight......around that time, there was some great music but there was also some truly awful music.
Just listen to the powerful vocals, when music used to be music. Only a few singers are like this in our time, the rest are just mid. No inspiration or motivation
You i like Tears for Fears!!!!
