He would have gone to his nest earlier. The annoying thing about iceborne is the unstoppable limp. You can't get the monsters to re engage is battle when they start limping.
@@XDark8SlayerX You actually CAN. You just have to stagger them with pod shots. The problem is, TA rules don't allow use of offensive pods.
Why doesn’t TA let you use offensive pods ? Seems like a silly rule

YES! A no rock dropping, capturing, shock and pitfall trapping run. A legit and awesome hunt in my book, u actually fought rajang, didn't script him using the b4 mentioned methods until the end. even had to deal with tigrex and used no walls... Now that's rad. Ty Canta.

It's rather interesting that classic themes still suit World's updated style, while World's remixes don't really fit the classic style quite well.
Voku did some World footage videos that incorporates 3rd Gen OSTs and it suits perfectly.

Don't commit the dual blade dance unless he is in long animation; otherwise, keep hitting the triangle.
Keep circling him till you get an opening. Same with any other monster really.

im a newbie, so i always ALWAYS get earplugs 5. and attack atleast lvl 4. for 5% damage increase
i wonder if we can bond and/or ride the monsters. and since i saw Rajan evolving by eating a lighting horn i wonder what happen if we feed him with weakened monsters. brrr i dont want to imagine the afterwards of this crazy experiment
monsters in monster hunter are dragons, wyverns, giant lizards, and here we have it, a monke with horns

I'm dual blades player just a rookie I'm stuck on rajang assignment he kills me with 3 hits I thought we cant grapple him and cant make him run to wall, even my def 1k crit 7 HP 4 + food skill def L + mega armorskin , 450attack and weakness exploit 3 it's just different armor pieces fully upgrade still he hurts me a lot

There's a clutch claw combo you can do to weaken the monster in one shot. Try it out in the training area.

I have a question, at 1:15 weaken part why DB only weaken one time only? Doesn't DB need two times to weaken the part?
Hitting the body part with the claw thrice will allow you to tenderize the body part with just one hit even with light weapons

Shit like that gajalaka firing squad are one of the numerous reasons why I would find TA runs to be absolutely infuriating to pull off in World.
It's not so bad when you can just do a Special Arena quest, but Rajang is too good for that.

Those are the Beotodus Dual Blades. Rajang is weak to ice, no custom mods because PC doesn’t even have Iceborne

what's the deal with getting dropped in randomly right where the monster is? and why does it seem to happen so frequently in Iceborne? is this random or something we can influence?
It's random. And the thing is, starting in HR and outside of assigned quests we always had a chance to start at a random spot in the map instead of at camp. They just changed it in Iceborne to make the drunk birds drop you either at a rare gathering spot or in the same area as the hunt target.

Question, why do you keep turning him when grappled? Is there something I'm missing?
It's to instantly enrage him and for light weapons to instantly tenderize with just one claw attack (claw boost skill didn't exist at that time yet)
