- In this video, we'll look at two demos - Gran Turismo Test Drive Disc and Gran Turismo Trial Version - to discover what the game's prize cars looked like during the game's development.
With thanks to Hacczilla for the codes and to EncounterGTR for his video on these prize cars, which inspired me to do my own.

I couldn't help but notice the inconsistent window sizes here and there however x)
There's one detail you missed talking about on the Supra race mod: the rear bumper in the beta has some shade at the exhaust area that was blacked out in the final game. I believe the CSGT also had the same change applied to it. Also the black 5-spokes present on most of the cars in the betas are definitely placeholders, but for the Skyline R32 prize cars, those are the regular R32's rims you can get on the '89-'91 models. It doesn't change the fact that this car didn't get custom wheels later though.
I was also going to mention the third color scheme tha was removed from the final game on the Trueno race modification... but I remembered you only showed prize cars haha
Ah, those bloody window sizes lol. My editing software just didn't want to make them consistent... Anyway, thanks for the extra information too! There's always something my fans know that I don't, and I love learning these little facts.
@@MattJ155 Got plenty more if needed :D Though I wouldn't be able to recount them all unless i'm in front of the thing haha. For example, GT1 Trial demo has an unused wheel shop menu that's accessible via hacking. Nothing is usable, but you can look at all the designs. I made an image compiling all the wheels when we discovered them. (Each line is what's shown on a page)

And in the very slim chance you might be interested, I made 2 quite massive images: all of GT1 Test Drive's cars and colors, and all of GT1 Trial Demo's race modifications and their colors.

2023, here again after Nijigasaki NEXT SKY OVA SEASON 3 Movie. These prize cars are also very rare and not even found in the final version of Gran Turismo.

Uhh, actually no. The way he pronounces it is correct, since the word Coupé is french and it's the past participle of "to cut", which indicates a car that has been made shorter than standard.
Koop is just the way most americans pronounce it.
