I was about 85 hours into FFR when this demo came out played it and I was hooked as soon as this game came out I took a break from rebirth to play this, it’s that good beat it twice one playthrough around 100 hours the second about 45 skipped a lot of cutscenes and knew how to optimize my teams so it went way quicker if you enjoy tactical RPGs this is a gem.
Jeoff is an excellent unit to use, experience gain is individual based so at worse one possible unit isn't getting exp because Jeoff is in that slot. This game also functions heavily off of counters that even a low level unit can still pull their weight to a degree. A low level thief is mostly as good as a tank as a higher level. Good team building, equipment, and knowledge of the tactics system, will get you farther than just higher numbers will.
When given the choice, always spare the enemy. Most, if not all will eventually join your party. Choosing to execute or anything else gives items, honor or divine shards but isn't worth giving up a potential tram member.
16:24 You can choose two paths that your level ups will focus the stat points on, so you do have some degree of control. This is chosen when hiring new units.
3:06 in the demo it's actually not that hard to get to renown C for 4 man units and the actual max is 5 men total per unit with just a free slot to move things around with
@@azurekite3870 okay after beating the game, you are technically correct. The true final boss actually breaks from the rules of the game that used to apply equally to both sides, the final boss squad is allowed to have 6 units in their squad.
Awesome you're getting the word out. But there is some blatantly wrong info in this. Josef stealing xp from others, stats being RNG and support units not getting XP come to mind.
I went Into demon mode trying to maximize every step of the demo unnecessarily. Generic story but great game - wish they’d hire me to continue cool challenges and online battle modes etc
