INGREDIENTS:
Pumpkin Spice Loaf
• ¾ cup pumpkin puree
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• ½ cup light olive oil
• ½ cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup white sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar, packed
• 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• ¼ teaspoon ginger
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• Oil spray
Maple Cream Cheese Glaze
• 1 package cream cheese (8-ounces), room temperature
• ½ stick unsalted butter, room temperature
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• ¼ cup pure maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Chopped pecans or pumpkin seeds, for topping

Could you please tell me the maximum size of a loaf pan that can fit into a cosori 5.5 litre air fryer?
Hi Ahsan,
We recommend using 2 mini loaf pans each sized at 5¾" x 3¼". A regular loaf pan size (8" x 4" x 2½") won't fit inside the air fryer basket.

What are the measurements on the 2 loaf pans?
They are 5.74"W x 2.12"H each!
Can you use wheat flour and a round pan?
Hello! Yes you can definitely use wheat flour in place for all-purpose flour. I suggest using just 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour in the recipe. You can also bake this in a round pan as long as it fits in the air fryer! The cooking time may be slightly more depending on the size pan you are using, but you'll know that it's done when a toothpick or knife inserted into the center comes out clean:)

I’m going to watch all your videos. Don’t feel comfortable yet using my new Cosori. I’d like it to become my primary appliance and not use the oven and microwave as much. I wish frozen meals would begin to add air fryer directions on the box along with the usual oven and microwave directions.
