It's Fall and the pumpkin craze has begun. Today we will be making a super moist, (sorry!) delicious pumpkin bread in the air fryer. The hardest thing about this recipe is actually finding canned pumpkin at your grocery store! Apparently there is a shortage of pumpkin this year. Can 2020 just be done with already? But seriously, pumpkin bread is so easy to make. It would be great with your morning cup of coffee. Oh heck, it would be great for breakfast, lunch or dinner and/or for a snack in-between. 1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Hi Kelly and Jim. Amazing that you can cook pumpkin bread in the air fryer. Looks great and I love the stuff. I need to get some of those little pans when I get settled. I think I told you we are moving, downsizing. Been taking things to new place for the past month or two. Final move is within two weeks. The ole air fryer and Instant Pot will certainly come in handy, as the appliances we ordered in July are still not in and no telling when, due to the Covid. Miss Kelly is certainly true to her Kitchen color! FYI they also carry the little 3X5 loaf pans @ Dollar Tree. They're definitely not as long lasting as the Wilton brand but in a pinch they are great. And I always buy a huge stack of them For when I experiment on my friends with new recipes. It's a little nicer and less gauche to give them a small loaf in a re usable pen then 1 in 1 of those ghetto tin ones.
