okay but seriously in my opinion Hungary is in the top 3 most beautiful countries from Europe. It’s just so fascinating. That country literally mesmerizes me
Budapest in wintertime is soo beautiful
Gábor Morczos the reason why they don't really clean up the walls is because 1. It keeps history how it's meant to be 2. The government wants to save money 3. The extreme weather makes it pointless because they will just get damaged in 1year
Hi, I wanted to know when does it snow in Budapest? I will be visiting from the 26th of Dec to the 1st of January. Thank you in advance!
Not only in winter
I cannot wait to go to Budapest in June. The most beautiful city in the world..........great in the summer........and cheap compared to other cities.excellent transportation, restaurants, casinos, parks and recreation........may even invest in properties cheap with the Hungarian Forints.great beer pubs and night life.......cruising on the Danube river. fun place to be even winter time. Christmas Market and festivals.
My sister's bf is from Hungary and she tried to learn me some words but I don't understand anything. That's the hardest language I've ever heard howerer I love how it sounds :) Budapest looks amazing, and I think it will be even better in Spring !
I know ! :D although I don't have any hungarian roots. leastways don't know anything about this
It’s beautiful in Budapest it’s so pretty .....Szentendre is a beautiful place
I visited last summer. Budapest is so under-rated! Love the videos :)
Do you recommend to visit in summer or Winter?
Travel With Mansoureh again: I visited during summer and it was great! I visited during may-end and the nights were pretty pleasant-ish. The days were not hot either. As you saw in the video, there are numerous baths to relax at after a day of packed sight-seeing! Also don't try to rush everything into a single day. Spread everything you want to do into 4/5 days. Don't forget to have LANGOS- it's a deep fried bread with your preferred toppings!
Also do check out The New York Cafe! Have a wonderful trip :)
Our next Budapest vlog is us trying all the local food 😁
Flying The Nest Great! Finally found someone who loves food as much as me 😉 When do you plan to visit India?
I live here. End of the summer (august) use to be hot ( around 35c) second part of the winter (februar, first weeks of march) in the last years was cold (around/below 0c) . But you know: the weather is depend un luck :) I think a rainy summer day much better then a cold winter day.
Awesome vlog! You have the right balance of elements it takes to make a vlog- Not just you in it, great cinematography, music and content. Bravo! Can't wait to visit in March.
Budapest looks like a really beautiful city, .....that's it I'm gonna check how cheap the flights are for Easter from the UK. Brilliant video as always guys.
It's a super cheap country, so if you can get cheap flights you can get a cheap holiday!
Best wishes for Hungarian brothers from Poland :) Polak Węgier dwa bratanki i do szabli i do szklanki :)
That was so amazing and so cold looking really loved the hot springs xxx
Such a beautiful city! That river is big. Loved the thermal spa, I looked like a lot of fun!
The Hungarian money name is Forint
Köszönjük Emese! :D
I was in Hungary last summer and I was surprised how cheap it was to eat at a restaurant. I came from Canada and went to a money exchange to get forints. A meal for one person here would cost about 4,600 forints and a drink can be about 1,200.
So BEAUTIFUL! Thos thermal baths look amazing!
So gorgeous, guys! That thermal bath looked divine! How I long to be in such a place whilst enduring this beastly winter! Thanks!!
It's hard to get in (because of the snow and cold) but then it's so hard to get out becsuse you are super comfy!!
Wow! I have never tried the thermal bath during winters. I should give it a try. I have heard a lot of good things about Budapest, hopefully I will visit the city in this year
It actually was a super cool experience during the winter, you are just desperate to get in 🤣
Thank you for all your endless wisdom, driving force not to mention tutoring to sustain my experience to progressively more consciously watchful and as a consequence spiritually connected.
When I was in Budapest in summer 2015 it was +40! Awesome to see the city at a different time of year
I never would've guessed their Roman Baths would heat up in the winter. Thought you could only go in the summer. Ah the city looks beautiful!
Thanks a lot guys. You're doing many great things.
I went Budapest in the summer which was still incredible but wow if I go again I definitely think I’ll go in Winter, the snow makes it look even more beautiful and they set up all the Christmas markets plus the thermal baths are perfect for a cold day 😍
The bath spa looked amazing - but you are right go in summertime~
I was born in Budapest and moved to Australia when I was 6. Love watching these videos. I hope you do go back in summer!
What an amazing experience you guys had at this bath!! Hope I can get there someday too
Hope you can make it out there too 🤗
We love Budapest! We always have a good time there. Széchenyi is one of our favorite places.
The Fluffies Channel Hi, does it snow during late December and early January? Thank you in advance!
This seems to be such a charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job!
Loved the vlog, and all the filming! Jess, you should do a video on 'what to pack to Europe' or the most useful pieces of clothing etc. :D These vlogs are amazing
Flying the nest...in Budapest :D... one of our fav cities nearby. We admire you guys for your energy..I mean - traveling, filming , editing and posting so often... there's so much work in all of that.. Just the editing takes hours and hour, do you get any sleep at all?
Once I flew from Budapest to Manchester. When we landed in the UK, a British girl who sat front of me said "ugh finally back to civilisation". It was so funny because just a second before the girl opened her mouth, I was thinking that we just came back to the stone ages lol
That comment from that girl kind of summarises the typical British arrogance. They deserve brexit, they have no place in the European family. I feel sorry for the few exceptions though.
@@tobinthetankengine4828 We wouldn't be German without you guys,we would be russian
@@stevenp6761 Are Swiss and Norwegian people not in the European family?
We've been to that bath in the summer. It is packed, but it's still nice - not too hot. I hadn't thought about going in the winter until this vlog though. That looked so cool with all the steam and the snow falling! -Brian
Yeah I could imagine it being very packed! Ah so it wasn't too uncomfortable in the summer?
I a live in rural HUN. We go especialy in wintertime. Here we have baths which open all day/night . we usualy go late afternoon or early night with beers and drink it inside. Ofc you cant do this in the capital but in rural part its just locals and no rules. Its the best in -20C . you go underwater and after it your fair froze and full of icicles.
The snow is very unpredictable. It doesn't usually snow during the winter any longer, it usually happens mid/late-March.
Such an interesting video. I went to Budapest in the summer but going in Winter seems like a whole new experience
It is so good to read all of you nice people loving our city :) It makes me quite proud. But there are so much more to the city than the famous sights. You really can't explore the city in such short time.
I remember watching this vlog years ago and thinking how amazing it would be to stay in that hotel, I just wanted to pop back here and say today that dream came true as I sit in the Hilton Budapest and take in the views from Fisherman's Bastion! Thank you so much for this inspiration from four years ago xx
That drone shot at the beginning was beautiful!! Also that spa / thermal pool omgosh I want to be in that right now haha
I love people who visit our country. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! ^^
Budapest looks so pretty covered in some snow and such a wise idea to go to those warm water bath. That must have been a real treat. But I have to say, I do love the warmth of Mendoza over here... 👍Have a good one!
Oh nice one! Glad to hear it's nice and warm down there!!
Cecília Nagy - Magyarul, Cili!
I don t know who I am ☺
I've been to Veszprém, Tihany, Balatonfüred and Pápa but I've never been to Budapest. I'd like to see it one day.
Langooooos - looking forward to the next epi 🤤
Nice so nice. Now Budapest is on our bucket list
I went there both in summer and winter, but I think I prefer them in the winter because it's freezing outside but when you go in it's amazing👌 Budapest is really a beautiful city, I loved it!! But I think that's better to visit it when it's a little warmer😅🌞 oh, and amazing vlog👌
Great vlog, On that cold day I would have stayed all day in the bath, until I looked like a prune.. Very nice looking city.
WELCOME TO HUNGARY!!! The final stop on our little European train trip! What's your thoughts on Budapest?
If you are new around here make sure you hit subscribe :) ruclips.net/user/flyingthenest

This was uploaded the day after I flew out! Amazing city with some awesome views!
Amazingly I will be going there in summer. Definitely doing the thermal bath 😎
OMG! I'm Hungarian, and I'm quite happy to see that you were enjoying your time here! Though I feel a bit sorry for you guys, because you stayed here during the coldest week of this winter/early spring, it is usually way less cold in wintertime, but I'm glad you could still work things out! Wish you the best!
Love it!
It was absolutely freezing when we went to film the other month too, plenty of snow too 🙌
watching from Uganda. planning a Hungary trip soon.
You guys sell Budapest real good :) so glad this beautiful city is getting the love it deserves
FYI Despite looking like "Pest", it's pronounced with a "SH" sound (unless the s is followed by a z), so Buda & Pesht... :)
Ahhh that's so interesting, had no idea! So does it sounds like when you have a slight lisp?
More of a speech impediment, rather than a lisp... A lisp would turn an "s" into a "th"...
Polish is similarly complicated... (As I recently found out)
I am Hungarian and It absolutely doesn't matter. Every language corrects the pronounciations to it's own fonetics, so saying "pest"in english is totally OK, Germans, French, Italians, Spanish practicly everybody say it with "S" because that is what goes with their language. Only Hungarians say it with "SH", but we also correct a lot of foreign words to our language too. So in English you pronounced it perfectly well, saying Budapest with an "S". Cheers!
Im Hungarian, live in BP, and we love turists so much, many turists are here.
Yeah, the languages is very difficult. Budapest is insane, the hungarian girls are the most beautiful in EU. 😊
I hope you enjoy and come to us next time.😎
Do you suggest to visit in vinter?just like end of december?what sould I do there?and can ı?
@@ass-bt5bh Hi
I'm from Budapest. My favourite time is winter. I suggest to go there in december. You can check the christmas market. If it's snowing just go walk in the city and enjoy. I'm living now abroad, but I miss my city every day.
The most impolite people throuoght europe
The most impolite and rude people of europe. Budapest was a terrible experience.
The intro is amazing. Love your videos. Greetings from Nottingham, UK ;)
Ahhh széchenyi baths I love that place. I’m Hungarian and I go there every time I go it is so nice I really recommend it to practically anyone :)
The thermal bath must have been such fun! :)
Ahhh looks incredible!
As I work in those spas as a student, I would definitely recomend you Rudas Spa! It's my favourite, it's the only spa nearby, that is still the originaly Turkish. Check out, it's so awesome.
Yes cheese in pastry is a "thing" in Magyar baking, odd but delish !!! So happy you went to St. Stephen's Basilica that place is iconic !!! Great video !!!
You have the most beautiful videos. I enjoy seeing each and every place you visit. It has made me want to travel to so many more countries.
Aww that's so awesome!! That's literally why we do these videos 😙 you made our day
I love you guys. I have followed you for a year or so.
Awesome video! You managed to do so much in such a short time
Come back in summertime guys, the vibe is amazing then! :))) Thank you for the nice words about my beutiful city:)
If you want an even more amazing bath experience go to Gellért bath it even has a panorama jacuzzi on the roof
Thank you for appreciating our city :)
Love Budapest. Been twice to the Christmas Market. No snow though. If you want to see how it looks without snow...a series of 3 videos on my channel!
Wow that’s one hell of a river!
I am a solo backpacking global citizen and I Gotta say, I watch a ton and yours is definitely one of the best out here :)
Did you do the drone footage intro? Great vlog I’m going November
i want your videos to be eternal .......i hate when it ends . i'm in love with you guys .
Haha that's why we do 3 week rather than just the one, so you can keep watching more!
Flying The Nest Just my greedy monster wakes up when it comes to your videos 😆😆
@@madhuthiruvengadam9530 Me too! Lol! I have wholly admitted I am a vlogaholic of theirs! Lol!
great vlog guys!
There are thermal baths in others parts of Hungary.
Hey Guys! Love this vid as you always do an amazing job! Really want to know the name of that opening song you put in there Steve? Can you share plz? 😁
Oh, those cabins... I still remember when I was young me and my girlfriend went there often and... not going to tell here what we did all the time. It was a safe and being only teens it was very affordable place for some fun. I wonder if you.... no need to answer. :-)
osm couple & osm vlog... waiting for next 👌👍
Say it with me...pessht. The baths are amazing ...innit? Budapest is rocking. Did you do the ruin pubs?
Nice video. Széchenyi is really good, but the others are also unique. Rudas is small but definitely nice, Gellért is much bigger and worth to try it. 😉
I loved budapest!! was amazing. made a video on it too, really enjoyed this one
Thank you for your video that you introduce our capital. Greatings from Hungary! :)
Appreciate your spirit amidst the frost and ice. Winter soon over perhaps?
Awesome vlog
Thank you so much!!!
It was fun watching you in that cold snap
Thermal Bath was fun✔❄❄❄⛄
I really enjoy watching your videos ♥ love from japan 🗾🇯🇵 sorry for my bad english 😫
You should have tried out the thermal baths near Eger or the cave bath near Miskolc :)
Budapest is a wonderful city
That’s good to be here
Even in the worst possible weather where we almost died...we are loving it here!
Erik Marton - go home!
Fist of all I found you today (18.08.2018) and I wanted to tell you that your movie about Budapest is awesome! I come from Poland and I really want to go to Budapest next year! Can I get an advice from you about popular places, buildings in Budapest?
Nice Vlog guys! But next time dont miss the Rudas Spa at Buda side, near Duna. :) That is amazing too. :)
Budapest is really nice city , I love living here
What is the track you play when you get out of the baths it sounds lovely . If you could let me know I would be grateful
again a wonderful vlog
ahh thank you!
Thanks for this awesome video, I hope you had a great time in our capital, and you will visit us again! Greetings from Hungary!
we had an amazing time, and really excited to return :D
The first part (Széche) in Széchenyi is pronounced kinda like say-chay, and the ny is pronounced like the 'n' in New York, and the i at the end is pronounced like e in english :) Awesome shots...didn't even know my city is so beautiful. Try Hungary somewhere between mid May to late September. Summer is hot (around or over 30 celsius). I like late spring and early autumn (20-24 celsius).
As for baths, I'd recommend Gellért bath. It's on the Buda side and absolutely gorgeous. You should also try some escape rooms which contain logic puzzles and things like that and you need to solve those in order to get out of a room or multiple rooms usually in an hour. (if you fail they let you out, worry not :D) These getting hyped up all around the globe, but the origins of it is come from Hungary. If you wanna move a bit and not only stay in Budapest, I'd recommend Szentendre which is close to Budapest. Awesome, cute city. If you'd go a bit farther, then I like Pécs. It's located in South Hungary, and the center is pretty. Also a university city, so ton of festivals and programs. You can visit Szekszárd which is famous for it's wines and located next to Pécs. The lake Balaton is also cool, but not as cool as US/Canadian lakes in my opinion, but yeah...we only have this :) Balatonfüred city is nice, and Keszthely is also nice. The water in the Balaton is not that clean though. It's safe to swim and be in it, no health hazards, but it's not a crystal clear water. But jumping on a boat and do a moonlight boat trip is pretty, cool and romantic.
Hi guys, Ive got question about drone footage. Did u have any problems flying above the city? Like police, security etc? And did anyone contacted you after footage was released for permit? Im planning to visit Budapest again soon and just wonder how is it with flying over the city and if I should take my Mavic with me. Those laws for flying uav's are tightening everywhere, people get high penalties so good to check it in advance :)
All the native Hungarians probably wondered about these two walking around with brollies in the snow 🤣
Thanks for your video.
Cafe Brunch Budapest is not Hungarian. It is a simple touristic place in the city center. Maybe it is a good service.
If you visit the countryside (Békéscsaba or Őrség) you can meet real Hungarian things/foods.
The stairs of Basilica, insane view. Yes. We are proud of the Budapest. It was one of the best places in 1908, 110 years ago.
Hahaha!! I said the exact same thing when I got on the Balcony of the church.... "oh there's a ferris wheel"?
🤣
This was my Budapest trip in a nutshell Wow!
This video showcases the first 3 things that you can find on any blog about the city. Yeah it's nice... but apart from these typical tourist activities there's sooooooo much more valuable things to do in BP! A true Hungarian
So pretty!!!
Well, i live in Budapest but i very rarely goin to these places in the city. I always find something new and interesting in tourist videos lol.
Bunko !!
