@@FerrariRari if you have it in the budget. Hands down go for the Rodecaster Pro. I use it for everything from Podcast, Zoom meetings and Live Streams.
@@PhillipBridgesReviews Thanks. That’s What My Original Plan Was. Would You Be Able To Answer This Question. The A7iii Has A Record Limit Can You Get Passed That ?
I'm loving the loft. We ended up building a "shed" in my backyard. We insolated it and included heat, AC and power so we could have a full isolated studio without concern for outside noises like my kids playing
Honestly? The Faux Paper Wall was my "Mind Blown" moment... I had no idea until you pointed it out, and it started to move with a breeze... Really cool idea!
I setup something like this for one of my clients...crazy I how I see this randomly a week after! Instead of the Zoom H6, we put in a Zoom I-8. This also let us have extra mics to let the operator be a host/narrator and also allow us to have (phone) call in guest speakers. But the killer piece is that ATEM MIni Pro ISO. That Atem is such an under-rated device!! For another client, we are thinking of implementing the ATEM Mini Extreme (they have some more elaborate requirements). Highly recommend this setup to anyone watching/reading this. :)
Yall be getting ALL MY COINS... last month my amazon cart was at $3,489.08 from products I added from watching this channel lmao ... Now I'm about to add some more gear.. ahah! Thanks
This was great. Very simple yet extremely informative. I want to start a video podcast so badly but there is almost too much information out there. You put this together really well. Thanks for the guidance
Some of my coworkers and I have been talking about starting up a podcast. None of us has rhe experience, but I did have some knowledge about cameras, lighting and environments thanks to my bachelor's in game design. Thank you for this
The best time to start was when it was created. The second best time to start was during the gaming era. The third best time to start is the reaction era. Now the 4th time is now. I call you men of the mountain to fulfill your oath
My favorite part is the lighting setup and the Mini Pro Iso for my future projects. I am finishing up Lighting II on depth of field so I now have a better understanding in creating my Broadcasting Production Company. The Mini Pro is a plus but to know I can utilize my Stream Yard to have live interviews instead of on the radio only. This is exactly what I need and will be learning from you and your team by utilizing your educational tools.
Can you guys please demonstrate how you film your podcast from beginning to the end, for example the mic, the receiver and how to use them, how you get to record it on your laptop 💻 and how the sound go into the video, and the software Podcastle, and how to record video and audio at the same time with Podcastle?? Please
That background setup is so G. As I’m learning how to set up my background for shooting, it’s crazy how much this little attention to detail makes a big impact. Appreciate the description of the key vs the accent lighting being daylight vs softer; I’m also looking to achieve that as well. Love your videos and love learning from you all!
Super helpful! It would be great if you could create a version of this for people who travel and don’t have an office I.e minimal setup required if you’re on the go and want the best quality possible
Watched Omar’s playlist on video podcast setup and just awaiting on my final gear to arrive! Already making my script n gonna hit record ASAP! Thank you for this amazing content!
The paper wall solution is clever. Without it, a video podcast viewer would constantly be under "tension" that someone would walk up those stairs at any moment. And the grey looks great.
Excellent Video I enjoyed how you showed the equipment and also showed the pricing. Will share this video with my son who is looking to get into podcasting.
Hey, if you put those practical lights on a dimmer (or there's a spray to dim them too, Shane Hurbert demoed it somewhere, can't find the video), they'll not be blown out, and look really nice
i LOVED all of this video. ALL. I have a lot of experience with audio production, and event production but not much with the "front of the house". This was well stated, well recorded, and flowed like melted chocolate (I was making chocolate treats for my son last night). I have a question: What, if ever, do you do for keeping on topic? script? teleprompter? I am doing everything I can but a few hacks or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks guys!
I really really appreciate your instructions and the time you took to share this with a film student like me. I am glad I decided to find some assistance on RUclips 😀
Going out to by more paper roll backdrops right now hahah :D I love how light and bright your space is in hind site I think we made ours a little too dark. Oh well thanks heaps for the great ideas.
How would you control (Stop/Record/Pause etc.) these three cameras if you are self recording, sitting in the front of these cameras in a studio or outside?
You mention phantom power but those mics are dynamic and don't need phantom power. This might confuse those unfamiliar with mics. Phantom power is for condenser mics. Thanks
I was absolutely wrapped for the advice you provided. My budget blew out, but at least I have the reality if I wish to start with a professional look. However being OCD, once you showed me how the room was created I could not take my eyes off the corner which is now no longer a corner as I can see the piple flange now. Just a downside to being OCD.
I must say this outta be the best video I've ever seen you guys do. I started following THINK a few years ago and over the years, your content has gotten better and better. Thanks for inspiring a movement within your community. It's nice to see that even with nothing, you can take something "and idea" and still take advantage of the technology world and build a strong community and followers. I appreciate you taking the time to share with us your setup. I will be looking at getting some of your pieces to start my platform.
I was wondering…I have my own video podcast however we are struggling with 30min shooting limit on my a7iii…i thought maybe I could solve this problem by record the main camera with ninja V which take out the limitation. So I have a question on this, could I combine ninja V and Atem mini to do the live stream like how they use feel world monitor?? If anyone could answer this I’d appreciate so so much! Great informative video by the way!
Hello! i see that you mentioned that all 3 of your camera's are Sony A7iii. however i see that one of the camera's screen is folded out sideways. We have 3 at my Church and it would be awesome if you could tell me how you guys make that happen. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this one ☝🏼 and also for inspiring me to create a RUclips channel. Too hard to grow by the way but no impossible. Thank you THINK MEDIA TEAM 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hopefully I am not too late on this question & can get a response- If i have 3 Canon M50's set up to the ATEM switcher, will I still only be able to record for 30 minutes? Would I even need to be recording on the cameras themselves in order to capture what they are pointing towards?

The backdrop on the last bit actually mindblowed me and as simple as that you got a nice aesthetic visuals on your videos! Amazing!
I'm loving the loft. We ended up building a "shed" in my backyard. We insolated it and included heat, AC and power so we could have a full isolated studio without concern for outside noises like my kids playing
wow, i had no idea that "wall" was pull down backdrop 👏

Joe Rohan showed the world that video podcasts are the way to go. So much more entertaining and very accessible to creators and fans.

How do you connect the zoom to the ATEM mini pro
That accent wall tho! (also, MORE KYLE!!)
The accent wall was definitely mindblowing and very inspirational.
I might consider doing the same in my unfinished basement office lol

The best time to start RUclips was YESTERDAY. The second best time is NOW!
I believe u
ThatsThat's true
The third best time is tomorrow!!

I have just opened an RUclips channel 😂😂😂
The paper part is what has blown me away. Wow
Wow! Loved finding out that the gray wall is just paper. That’ll be a game changer for future projects for me
What mic was he using before switching to the Shure mic? Maybe I'm crazy but I like the audio way more it sounds real..
The paper wall is the BEST!
I agree!

I dont know how to thank yall for this video!!! NEEDED THIS!
Wow. The lighting setup is great. My podcast is about reality show
Omar’s speaking energy level is MUCH better🤙🏽

Agreed!
Never would have known that wall was PAPER! So Creative and Functional for the space!! This was a very helpful video
Watched Omar’s playlist on video podcast setup and just awaiting on my final gear to arrive! Already making my script n gonna hit record ASAP! Thank you for this amazing content!
What lavalier were you using in this video? It wasn’t that big of a difference with that Shure mic!
The paper wall is brilliant. Great job.
I've been thinking about doing podcast. So helpful for when I do decide to blast off. Really appreciate it. See you soon!
What is stopping you?
The paper wall solution is clever. Without it, a video podcast viewer would constantly be under "tension" that someone would walk up those stairs at any moment. And the grey looks great.
Here we go!
*If you know a lot of mics, you have to use Electrovoice re20, try is a big different*
Haha this is almost the exact titling I use for my studio tour series! Can’t wait to watch this.
Excellent Video I enjoyed how you showed the equipment and also showed the pricing. Will share this video with my son who is looking to get into podcasting.

YES PODCAST IS THE NEXT MOVE FOR ME
Thanks O, I truly appreciate the knowledge bro .Thank to "Think Media" for great content.
Real tv studio. Magic!
Your Mic setup doesn't need phantom power since they are dynamic. so you can turn it off. saves a lot on the zoom recorder batteries.
Cloudlifters need phantom power though.
Awesome content guys!! I’m at 80 subs now thanks to you and launch my own podcast - all thanks to you!! Let’s make 2021 our year everyone!! 🔥 🔥 🔥
Boss. Amazing video. You should, and with time, you certainly will have much more followers. Very informative and to the point video.

the switcher was what I needed info on. Thanks for sharing.
The greatest thing about changing the mic is that the music went off........ How great was that!
This looks like i found what i needed wow
I really really appreciate your instructions and the time you took to share this with a film student like me. I am glad I decided to find some assistance on RUclips 😀
It was a good one guys
That wall is slick!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very cool and informative video! Thanks guys
You guy’s set ups are always so on paint! Clean lines and great lighting. Thanks for helping us all on our RUclips journeys!! 👌🏼🔥
To the experienced eye, it's actually quite bad.
A7iii has 30 mins video rec limit, any solution to that ?
Omar is hype!!! 🙌🏽

the lighting setup was amazing, got a lot of insights
Awesome video as always 😃👍 and shout out to Calebs case. 😃👏👏
Dope! Did learn a few things. Even getting creative with the set up/studio, on a budget, was pretty good shiiiii!! Thanks
Thank you for this video. The full blueprint is laid out
Loving this setup!
ATEM black magic is something special 😍😍 officially on the wish list
Yes it is!
you wont regret it. I have the Extreme iso version. its expensive but so worth it
Awesome setup Omar!
thanks so much, I am a new on podcast. However after this video I have an idea what to buy and set up.. subscribe done..
This was amazing. All of the info was helpful.
Video podcasts are the future 😀
facts
How would you control (Stop/Record/Pause etc.) these three cameras if you are self recording, sitting in the front of these cameras in a studio or outside?
You’d have to do that manually unless you were recording with the Atem, then you can stop / start using that device
Amazing how-to video, thank you guys.
Great video Omar. But can you maybe explain how you connect the Zoom H6 AUDIO tool to the the mics etc
Yo!!! This was money! Thanks so much for the great info.
You mention phantom power but those mics are dynamic and don't need phantom power. This might confuse those unfamiliar with mics. Phantom power is for condenser mics. Thanks
Great info here though. Thanks
I wish I had such an awesome team! It's just me for now. I thought the gray paper wall really showed you guys are pros! :)

Omar - you’re awesome!
Appreciate you!
Thanks Omar! We are going to start a video podcast soon and we were looking for a switcher. Thanks for the info!

Great setup, guys.
This actually inspired me to put together an extremely low-tech way to do this with Stream Yard.
Amazing, informative video!! Can you do a video on a 4-person podcast setup?
Great Video keep it up best of luck to you☘️

Am suprised with that wall paper❤
Superb. How do you sync the Audio and Video because I see that you are recording them separately isn't it ? Great Stuff by the way!!!
What is the name of the monitor that's connected to the Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro?
AMAZING!!!!! Love how you transformed your space!!! GREAT IDEAS! Thanks
Any tips on how to do this with 2 different show hosts... and each of them at a different location? Thanks.
Dude Omar! How many pieces of equipment do you have dude?? #Baller!!
