What would you suggest if I do not have a site or preceptor? I attempted to reach out to several nurses, but they do not have a Masters Level license. Many are ADN or BSN. So I am not sure how to proceed. I finished all my MSN classes at Capella. The Capstone is all that remains. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Capella has a roster list of locations all over the US that have been used for the practicum. Try accessing the list and look to see if you find a place nearby or even if you have to commute. Have you checked trying to do it at your same job? There’s got to be someone with a masters degree. Remember it doesn’t has to be in nursing it can be anything. Don’t give up you’re almost there! How does the practicum work? Are you presenting it to the professor/writing thesis paper on it? Evidence based practice research? Or? Thank u!!
The practicum are papers that you have to complete based on what topic you choose. I sell my practicum papers on my Stan store if you want to get a head start!
