I always enjoy listening to doug but in one instance he's wrong; it's not always easy to avoid. some people are arseholes, some people will get mild symptoms and come to work anyway and touch everything and cough near you, no matter what you personally do.
I used to be a big fan of Dr. McGuff... but as time goes by and I learn more and more on the topic of human physiology, I see he is way off in this area. He got stuck in the "omega-3/low carb/mitochondria symbiotic theory" nonsense. Also, this "super slow protocol" is far from being the most efficient way to strengthen your skeletal muscles, your cardio-vascular system and increase your bones density. For the last 20 years or so he has been recycling this stuff over and over again. Sad.

He recycled it because it’s the safest most time efficient way of doing it, if you don’t like it why tune in.
