Congrats, Matt. Thanks for all the content, looking forward to the build. Really appreciate your no nonsense approach, candidness and transparency. For a dealership owner, you’re as unbiased as you can be.
Hey Matt, I was at the remodeling grand opening and could not help notice that you seemed very happy. Now I know why. Enjoy be safe and congratulations.
@@BeaverPelt66I don’t know about you but I’m enjoying the joy and happiness and getting rid of the grievances and divisiveness. Of course there’s always Turkey, Hungary and Russia for you!
I currently have 3 bikes. They are just too hard to part with! My favorite is my 2002 FLSTS, Heritage Softail Springer. Then I have a 2001 Road King Classic, but the one I ride the most is my 2015 CVO Street Glide, in the Ultraviolet Blue and Magma color. I love it! I bought it in 2020 from Chopper Gallery in Temecula, CA and had it shipped to me in New Mexico. Congratulations! I love your videos.
Matt I bought the white one and change everything as well. Seat, floorboards, bars, king tour, relocation of the rear shocks, and windshield. I also kept the exhaust, but changed the baffles. Good luck
that bike is just sik, so beautiful. especially love the front end Brembo brakes and that rotor, just nasty, i love it! well done sir, can't wait to see what you have coming!
Can't wait to see how you build it out. I just put thrashing bars with high bend bars on mine and it feels great now. Love my 117", cant even imagine how awesome your motor feels
I can't wait to see what you do with this beautiful bike! Like you, I have always been an SG guy, but the re-design of the 24' RG meant I just had to make a change, so I traded in my 21' SG Special. I lost money on all the upgrades on my old bike, but I gained a tremendous amount on the new bike, including more power in the 117-inch motor, 12-inch TFT, redesigned fairing, and edgy lines! Got mine from Sacramento HD in the new Whiskey Fire!!
Congratulations! Got mine over a month ago. Same color. Already swapped seat for 2 up and added sissy bar. Also ordered rinehart dbx 45 slipons PVD (same color and finish as headers of the ST). For now using Harley 12” windshield. Works great for me at 6’1”. I think I am done for now….for a week or two.
@@MattLaidlawI went with the Saddlemen Road Sofa (perforated leather with red stitching and logo. ) Looks great with red on the bike and really comfortable. They also make an extended seat version as well. I think you mentioned you are 6’6”… I first tried the new Harley switchback. I did not find it comfortable…just OK for short trips.
Congratulations on a beautiful bike looking forward to seeing what you do in the future with the mods and reviews. I just picked up the white one. I absolutely love it.
Congratulations and best of luck on the new Road Glide CVO ST. I'm stoked for you and the new content it will help you generate including the build series.
I do not have mine yet. I agree about the pipes look outstanding. You say it sounds great but others say it sounds like a 'vacuum cleaner'. Interesting if you can elaborate on the exhaust sound please.
Awesome! Happy for you! I'm definitely not a Road Glide guy myself. No matter what updates they do to it, that shark nose fairing on the Road Glide always looks straight outta the early 1980s to me. But I appreciate that people seem to like it!
Beautiful and awesome new bike Matt! I know that great feeling seeing that delivery truck pull up thinking finally, it's here! Thoroughly enjoy your videos and all the hard work you put into them! Cheers, and best of luck with that new Harley!
Hi matt . Congratulation to your new cvo bike . It looks absolutely outstanding . I love the paint job as well . Looking exiting forward for your review of the bike and all the trips you will do in the future . Always good and savely ride 🤙. Best regards .Tommy from Germany
Hell yeah. Gonna be able to keep up with a Challenger soon. Just won’t have that top notch ride with a monoshock yet. Or an adjustable windshield. Just waiting for HD to upgrade those options so I can consider switching back to the brand I rode from my first bike till my first test ride of a base Challenger.
I demo’d one at AZ Bike week. It’s the best factory HD I have been on in 25yrs. Astonishingly good, down to the little things like throttle response. Keep up the good work and enjoy the ride.
I'm 6'4 and the best thing I did was put one of those LaPera daddy longs legs seats on, made a big difference in comfort. Looks like a beautiful bike, cant wait for the full review.
I bought a Klock werks and it was cool but too short. Couldn’t return it. Then I found Freedom Shields. You can try it and if you don’t remove the plastic wrap, you can exchange it or return it. Took two try’s but found the right size be for my 19 RG.
Wicked scooter Matt. These 2024s are killer bikes, especially the Road Glides. I swapped over from the streetglide last year, and just got hooked on the 24s. Looking forward to what you do with the bike man. Enjoy the new scoot
Congrats man! Looks great. Remember I recommended a year ago or so that you do a drawing so that one of your viewers takes a ride with the Laidlaw crew! Do it!
Congrats on the new scoot! Love the channel! I'm really looking forward to your comments on the differences between Road and Street Glides, since you're very familiar with the street glide. Can't wait to see how you build it out.
Congratulations and thank you for sharing your experience. I sell in NJ: Shoreline Harley-Davidson (3789) and this motorcycle is constantly bothering me to consider a purchase, more than any other motorcycle offered.
I thoroughly enjoyed and related to your video. I got mine in April in white and in addition to the power dividend it has a certain elegance to it, largely because of the design of the Gen 3 fairing and the new Infotainment system. I had two V-Rods and two CVOs previously and, in my view, this is an awesome marriage of those two concepts.
Yes! You got the black one. Congratulations Matt, I’m going to be watching the reviews coming up very closely. I’m a street glide guy myself and thinking about buying road glide so who knows what I’m gonna do?
I had to sell my 2017 flhxs in hard candy hot red flake due to being laid off in March. I test drove the blue road glide with chrome and fell in love and was so close to pulling the trigger when i got laid off. I can't wait to get one when employed again. I loved the street glide too and the 2024 RG fairing is so cool and it rides so much better than my 2017 SG. Gratz Matt :)
You my friend, are living the dream. Congratulations.
Congrats, Matt. Thanks for all the content, looking forward to the build.
Really appreciate your no nonsense approach, candidness and transparency.
For a dealership owner, you’re as unbiased as you can be.
That’s exactly what I shoot for. I’m glad it comes across that way. Thanks man
Whats dope is we finally get to see you get a bike and be just as excited as your customers and viewers who have also got there bikes! Awesome bike!
Like a kid in a candy store 😁
@@MattLaidlawcongratulations Matt! That has to be the best looking CVO ever

pardon me " dope " ? as in dopamine ? or the 1.9 meter guy' s a dope ?
@@michaelfraser5723don’t even worry about it, move along
Congratulations Matt on your first CVO! You can never go back.

Haha. Yea, I suppose the new bike had something to do with it.
Woke bike - guess you better get those trans pipes and lgbtq flags on the bike

Picked out mine today. Ordered $3k in upgrades already prior to drive home. Bag covers w/speakers, bag bars, boards, etc. Cheers !!
I can't blame you man, you earn what you work for🔥🤙🏽
Congrats Mat, this is the best Harley channel on the tube. Wish we had a local dealer like Laidlaws.
Thank you. That means a lot. This channel has a lot of my blood sweat and tears into it.

Enjoy your new CVO. Harley really knocked this out of the park. I can’t wait to see what mods you do and the adventures this takes you on
Excellent choice Matt! I came to the same conclusions two months ago. You will not have buyers remorse! Every time I ride mine I love it more. Cheers!
Can't wait to see how you build it out. I just put thrashing bars with high bend bars on mine and it feels great now. Love my 117", cant even imagine how awesome your motor feels
