As a native Brooklynite, I say, NO!..Can you explain the "Gross" and "net" mean in the rental world? I'm a former landlord and I've never even heard those terms applied to renting or anything in real estate. As for the actual apartments, they're beautiful but those are Upper West Side prices. Can't believe people are paying those numbers to live in Brooklyn!!!! So sorry that my family sold our building-long ago, my brothers and I could have all been millionaires.

Thanks for watching. Net rent is calculated after you factor in a concession like the month free that this landlord is offering over the length of the lease. Gross rent is the actual rent
Just turn it into low-income housing !! Government has the money to give a developer to maintain the property.. (taxpayers money) they can access it anytime...as they see fit....
the only and I mean the ONLY reason you'd live here is if you love juniors and you go to the MET every single day like a junkie. otherwise, not even the location is worth the prices. the interiors is nice, but you can find the same interiors for less elsewhere in brooklyn. and you still can't park nowhere. (almost forgot the nets but i don't think most people who go to nets games live closeby)

I don't know anybody that hates it. It's gorgeous! Apartments are also gorgeous, I saw it on Cash Jordan.
The only people who like aren't from Brooklyn. It's symbolism for the type of people who end up pretending to be from Brooklyn. Overpriced and tacky.
It is beautiful! But the prices they want are going to be tough
Imagine if they made apartments for rent for 2k a month, that you could actually live comfortably in! It would be a surefire way to get max capacity.
Thanks for watching. With the cost of land the bank won't allow all of the apts to be rented for $2000. The rental component isn't the issue here.
