This movie had me to frustrated. Stupid decision after stupid decision. Then again with what I see going on in the world today, it probably wasn't that far off.
Edward Webber it actually wasn’t, they only made one mistake, and that was his wife going back to the boat for wine. They tried everything, were practical, he was prepared, and in the end, he left his daughter with an indigenous community who knew how to manage the virus. They did everything right, the movie is just kicked off by one unfortunate event. I suppose you could say taking his infected wife with him was a mistake, but let’s be honest, he had no way of knowing what would happen. She would have been one for another day if she wasn’t impaled by that branch (speeding up the process, because she died). If anything, this is one of the most well thought out zombie movies. Compared to nearly every other viral apocalypse/ infection/ mass sickness movie, the characters were actually sane and did the right thing. Andy's stupid choices- 1: lying to Kay about the boat being safe, pretty much killing at a very slow and horrific pace. 2: not offing kay after the first symptom. I can understand why not, but the longer she is around, the higher that chances of getting bit by her or kay munching on rosie like she is a KFC bucket meal. 3: Not. Having. A. Weapon. 4: not giving rosie to a sane non-infected survivor when he knows he will turn soon. 5: not killing Vic after seeing he is a psycho and is using other survivors as live bait. 6: Not checking Rosie from blood or bites after every encounter with the infected. Wow only 6. He did fairly decent but he still messed up royally.

9:43 I was low on gas on the parkway, was afraid of running out of gas and I knew that 55mph was the most efficient because of this video. Couple cars ahead of me got into a pretty bad accident and I barely braked in time to avoid joining them in their accident. Don't think the accident would've killed me but I'm glad I knew about this fact.
Well you said to share. You are part of the reason I survived getting hit at 50mph. I put a lot more into the muscle memory from ice skating for this but lifting my legs up to avoid being dragged under the car and pushing myself by 'rolling with the punch' away from the car is likely the reason I never went under the wheels and instead wound up thrown to the side of the car. I still got whiplash bad enough that it cost me my job. But it probably would've been way worse if I wasn't prepared

Silver yes, but it spreads through water. And they aren’t all slow and lumbering: that only happens after they begin to rot. At the start, in the flashbacks of the city area, you see that they are very aggressive and capable of chasing people. They are only slow because they have been deteriorating in the Australian sun for a couple years, therefore rotting their muscles and tendons. Remember, all one has to do is fall into a water tank, or a group get torn apart in a river, and suddenly, anyone who drinks that water, or washes their hand (open cuts) is infected. It’s not about the physical ability of the dead, it’s how contagious the pathogen is.

Well you said to share. You are part of the reason I survived getting hit at 50mph. I put a lot more into the muscle memory from ice skating for this but lifting my legs up to avoid being dragged under the car and pushing myself by 'rolling with the punch' away from the car is likely the reason I never went under the wheels and instead wound up thrown to the side of the car. I still got whiplash bad enough that it cost me my job. But it probably would've been way worse if I wasn't prepared

This movie seems horrible. But not horrible by nature, just by unbelievably idiotic characters and lazy writers.
I’ve seen it I believe it has some flaws but it is an overall decent movie

Well you see in zombie movies the only people with common sense are the protagonists. But not in this one.
Something that always annoyed me especially in the area it is literally impossible to be snuck up on in some areas, I mean make some noise set up your guns and take you time, once they are closer pack up and push up further away

When watching this I was thinking 'Damn, I expected more from a war doctor.'
In the movie, it specifically states that the freshly infected are not contagious. Not sure how the channel missed it. It isn't until they reach the face crust/head burying stages that they are contagious.

@@smolopossummaxwell9624 I mean, kind of weird if the movie goes out of its' way to specifically say it isn't until the advanced symptoms show up that someone is contagious and then never, ever show anything to contradict that but still intended it to be false... since everything we see in the movie goes along with their explicitly saying that they are not infectious until the latest stages of the disease, and never showing anyone to infect another person until after they have died and reanimated, it would be a really weird and pointless twist. But no, I guess we can't know for 100% sure the creators didn't have a secret they never, ever bothered to reveal.

Of all these zombie movies, they start off so dumb some times. Like these 2 have survived the zombie plauge for who knows how long. They know the dangers already, how did they both managed to screw up? The husband not being honest about the boat not being safe, and the wife for taking such an ignorant move.

@i hate anime well zombies are made to be easily defeated if you find their weak spot. for the train to busan zombies its that they have like no memory and they will forget what and who they are chasing when they can no longer see them, but the advantage the zombies have over you is their speed.

Well if the military is just as stupid as the main family then it's really easy to see why they were overrun.
Silver yes, but it spreads through water. And they aren’t all slow and lumbering: that only happens after they begin to rot. At the start, in the flashbacks of the city area, you see that they are very aggressive and capable of chasing people. They are only slow because they have been deteriorating in the Australian sun for a couple years, therefore rotting their muscles and tendons.
Remember, all one has to do is fall into a water tank, or a group get torn apart in a river, and suddenly, anyone who drinks that water, or washes their hand (open cuts) is infected. It’s not about the physical ability of the dead, it’s how contagious the pathogen is.
