Sometimes you have to take some time off, its about the long term habits anyway. Just took a week off myself for various reasons and about to go lift after this coffee. Watching some of these people on youtube who look like they do everything perfect isn't always great for you.

@@VPowerlifts After a week off I'm always stronger and energized even if I ate and slept like shit lol. I don't like to rest unless I have to though
@@zackcraft7204 it's best to listen to your body, and when it feels like everything is broken and sore to go for a break.
